Please note i am still begginer, but, lets say in L3 which i am doing nowadays, MWD eats cap like crazy so i can¦t have MWD perma on, and in the time with MWD on my BC signature going to be really big so i take far more damage and if MWD is off, my speed is crap. What are the advantages of MWD in missions?

Depends what your reasoning is to fit a speed mod to begin with. Is it to travel faster? Get an MWD. Is it to speed tank? Get an AB. Both modules provide both benefits, but each provides more in one particular area (MWD gives you higher speed, but bloats your signature so you'll still fairly easy to hit; AB gives you less speed, but doesn't bloat your signature so you're hard to hit). Unfortunately, you'd spend too much time and cap getting into range for each target. People were kicking this ball around when the whole MWD-in-missions thing first was mentioned. The end result of those threads, as I recall, was that the rail Kronos was still more appealing than a blaster Kronos for missions, even with the ability to use a MWD. A MWD will gimp your cap, even while turned off, so you'll have to beef up your tank to compensate, thus sacrificing things like damage rigs and mods.

One module slot solves almost all the cap issues if you manage your tank well and kill your targets efficiently. Of course, if your prop mod is filling the same slot you would otherwise put your cap booster in I can see potential issues. (That's the case with my Vargur, but I'd still use a MWD if it didn't put me 3% over grid.
