I mean, wtf? They wanted people to band together and fight of the Incursion but why would anyone bother if they; don't happen in mission hubs, don't happen in trade hubs and don't bother anyone mining in the belts?
Only reason I see for people in hi-sec to participate are the 6% implants in the CONCORD LP shop, but why bother when you can mission along undisturbed and just buy it of the market eventually... this is meh.
Finally thought CCP had found a nice way to pester those hi-sec macros

The only people who are going to be negatively affected are those who choose to mission away from major hubs.
They already getting sub-optimum LP/bounty/whatever, now they have to deal with Sanshas?

Yeah, I thought they wanted players to spread out?
And the reason given is very non-EVE. Sucks to lose your pimped mission ship? Of course it does, but do they disallow suicide ganks in mission hub systems because of this?

The reason which CCP will not admit to is lag mission hubs and trade hubs can't handle incusion it would lag out the noid/cluster and they know it............that's the truth and the real reason ............

PCU of 65k? More like 40k I reckon :) they didn't even break their annual record and they won't since x-mas holidays are over and this expansion is terrible and calls no interest at all.
Oh look the incursions are starting tommorow... Oh look its exciting... Just like the character creator... Which wasn't... oh well back to World of Tanks :) (Which PCU'd at 79k a few weeks back btw)

Err... Can you link to that post, please? Can't eve-search it, nor do I see a "CCP Inconceivable" listed in-game.
Although even if you made that quote up, I wouldn't be at all surprised if it was the truth.
