Of our 8 previous bonds and 1 IPO, all have ended in full payment.
We currently have 2 bonds running, both at 100% collateral. One ends in 10 days, the other in early Feb.

Which means that 3 billion isk of your loan will be non-collateralised, for which you are offering 2.75% interest.
A few questions:
1. Am I correct in understanding that this means that you are seeking non-collateralised isk for the first time [all your previous bonds having been 100% or more collateralised]?
2. Are you planning to get an audit now you are moving to the non-collateralised phase?
3. Do you plan to raise any additional isk during the 90-day period of this bond, either secured or non-secured?
4. Will your duties in Universal Railways impact on your business model in any way, and are you handling any public money in that corporation?
Thanks SH

I can answer that: no, because I am currently the only person with wallet access in Universal. The ROI on this is darned low, but with 70 % collateral and many other previous bonds paid out, I would say this is almost as healthy as it gets around here. ----------------------- "Signatures" chatroom / LLSE Stock Market |

Some questions;
1 - Can you please provide links to your IPO and your previous 8 bonds?
2 - As for the uncollateralised portion, are you selling it seperate from the collateralised, or if this falls through everyone gets 70% of their cash back/ 70% of the investors get their money back?
3 - Can anyone provide proof as to Breaker77's validity as a third party?(not being an ass, just have never used him/seen him used)

The last major thing I managed was the MD Audit Fund.
As well as SH current public bond as he already mentioned and I believe is linked in the post above this one.
I have also done a couple of other 3rd party jobs in the past as well as auditing services.
I don't have time right now before work to go digging for them, but if you still have questions or concerns I can search for them after work today.
edit: @ SH, I haven't had time to log in to check my mail yet, but I should be able to do that when on break.

That's an awful interest rate .. 2.75% ?? "Or best offer" like someone is going to undercut it? You really are pushing the barriers with your bond now. Good luck, you've paid all the rest out, but I think this is verging on weasly :P

To answer your questions. 1. Most of my previous ventures have been non-collateralised. If you look at the links provided by Torain in post #7, you will see that our first 2 offerings had collateral, the next 6 did not. When we started moving into bpos for research we began offering collateral again because of the loan sizes.
2.We do not plan to have a new audit, however you can look at our last audit done in Oct by VV for the premium bond. Linkage
3. I do not plan to raise any additional funds beyond these bpo bonds, until they are all paid off.
4. I handle NO isk for URAIL, my position is client grading, customer service, and flying da big boats. As for my business model, its the same as has been for years, and has changed little from when VV did the audit. Slow & Steady is my way.

1 - Torain was kind enough to link up my past offerings in Post #7.
2 - Im selling as 70% collateralised. If a bus should hit me, the 3rd party will sell the collateral to repay investors.
3 - We have used Breaker77 before, and he provides the research we need while acting as 3rd party.

Seeing as how you idiots in Market Discussion seem to fall for scams a lot, one would think that you'd be more willing to listen when someone comments on such. Keep right on trucking, MD Hero.

People invest in MD schemes to make isk. 2.75% isn't enough.
Not doubting your integrity, obviously your history doesn't involve scamming 70% collateral seems ok for a bond this size, although a little more may entice some investors.
As for Breaker77 holding said collateral, i don't think many have an issue with this.
Best of luck anyway champ.

I edited the OP, for a bit of clarity. The 2.75% obo interest rate is not a one time payment, but per every 30 days.

Stealing Honest - Market Discussions Bond/IPO Summmary - Part 1
SHSG Bond #1 Amount: 400 Million ISK - 2010.06.20 15:45:00 (?) Repaid: 540 Million ISK - 2010.06.29 07:41:00 (?) One Bond holder for the full amount. Lady Janey. Essentially a very short term loan.
SHSG Bond #2 Amount: 600 Million ISK - 2010.07.05 22:37:00 (?) Repaid: 630 Million ISK - 2010.07.11 15:59:00 (?) One Bond holder for the full amount. Krathos Morpheus. Another very short term loan. Looks to be that he used the PLEXes from the first Bond to secure this one.
SHSG Bond #3 Amount: 250 Million ISK - 2010.07.16 16:53:00 (?) Repaid: 265 Million ISK - 2010.07.22 22:16:00 (?) One Bond holder for the full amount. Dezolf. Short term loan. No collateral.
SHSG Bond #4 Amount: 250 Million ISK - 2010.08.02 17:42:00 (?) Repaid: 259.75 Million ISK - 2010.08.09 22:43:00 (?) One Bond holder for the full amount. Ramingo. Short term loan. No collateral. Interest rolled over for SHSG IPO
SHSG -[LLSE]- IPO Amount: 3.275 Billion ISK - 2010.07.26 18:53:00 (?) Repaid: 5.5627 Billion ISK - 2010.11.20 15:19:00 (?) This was/is highly confusing. There were 4 seperate issue of 1,000 shares at different times. The shares were bought and sold by Cista2. It's entirely uncertain if all the shares were bought back. No dissenting voices.
SHSG Bond #5 Amount: 1.5 Billion ISK - 2010.09.10 21:21:00 (?) Repaid: 1.56 Billion ISK - 2010.09.22 03:39:00 (?) Repayment amount is higher than listed. (?) This Bond ran at the same time as the SHSG IPO. No collateral.

Stealing Honest - Market Discussions Bond/IPO Summmary - Part 2
SHSG Premium Bond Amount: 3 Billion ISK - 2010.10.11 14:39:00 (?) Repaid: 3.24 Billion ISK - 2010.11.27 23:13:00 (?) Repayment may be higher, this is confusing as there is a tie in with SHSG IPO.Audit done by Vaerah Vahrokha. 50% collateral held by Vaerah Vahrokha.
Krazy Banana Bond / SHSG Bond #1 Amount: 1 Billion ISK - 2010.11.01 16:37:00 (?) Repaid: 1.05 Billion ISK - 2010.11.11 23:40:00 (?) Techincally a SHSG Bond in that Krazy Banana is wholly owned by them. SHSG 'secured' the Bond. This Bond ran at the same time as the SHSG IPO.
Krazy Banana Bond / SHSG Bond #2 Amount: 2 Billion ISK - 2010.11.16 21:19:00 (?) Repaid: 2.1 Billion ISK - 2010.11.22 19:56:00 (?) Techincally a SHSG Bond in that Krazy Banana is wholly owned by them. SHSG 'secured' the Bond. This Bond may be the reason that the SHSG IPO had a buyback.
SHSG Basic Bond Amount: 5 Billion ISK - 2010.12.08 10:58:00 (?) Repaid: ??? Million ISK - ??? (Running) One Bond holder for the full amount. Breaker77. Is essentially a loan. Breaker77 is also researching the collateral.

I'm really surprised no one is interested in this.
Not because I'm holding collateral or because he's ran several successful offerings before, but because of the lack of any decent offerings.
I'd invest in it if I had the spare ISK, but all mine is currently tied up in other ventures.

As it stands, I'm kinda interested in this because I have money to spare in the wallet right now, but i'm wondering if you could do closer to 4% which is a usual rate for collateralized loans from what I can tell. I'd be able to put up 1 bil if that be the case. Let me know SH ---------------------------- Outta my way... |

Sorry for the delay folks. We had to tie up some loose ends before we could launch this, but we are now ready to go.
If we don't get any more offers, and the current bidders are still interested we will launch this on Monday Feb 14th.
We are open for more bids until then.
