Let's see... most insects that bite, most insects that sting, in particular wasps and bees, but heck, insectophobia in general... nah, make that almost all kinds of animals that bite, sting or scratch, feral dogs, dogs without their owners around, feral cats, ah hell almost any feral animal most would consider cuddly... but weirdly enough I'm NOT scared of spiders (as long as they don't physically touch me, they can stay in the same room with me and I don't mind) nor mosquitoes (only mildly annoyed by the noise), Cockroaches merely disgust me, I'm kind of neutral towards rats, and I actually find even feral mice cute ; onwards to fear of heights, fear of elevators, fear of escalators, at least only a mild fear of stairs, fear of rickety buildings with overhangs or old trees that could fall on me, fear or general ickyness regarding dusty books (horrible) or even money (I usually wash my hands after handling money), mild claustrophobia and fear of complete darkness, fear of growing old, getting sick or dying, fear of accidents, fear of driving (I still drive and feel mostly relaxed about it while I do, but only on longer trips when my fear slowly dissipates), fear of politicians, government members and other bureaucrats and of beaurocracy in general, fear of threatening-looking people (regardless of whether I know them already or not), fear of dentists, fear of injections, blood drawing or any form of surgery, and I believe that's about it for the obvious things that scare the living daylights out of me on a regular basis.

The only recurring nightmares I have involve a weird dream about time and size which I have analyzed to revolve around fears of being insignificant  and running off a bridge in a vehicle.
In real life I probably carry myself with a bit of fear of not being real significant in the grand scheme of things, but who doesn't right  The real one comes to light with the bridges. When I approach a bridge, while driving, my heart rate increases. The funny thing is it does not affect me when I am a passenger.
Other then that nothing comes to mind as something that I actively think or notice. I am sure I will be faced with other things in my future that will scare me.

Seriously though.. almost anything that crawls or slithers. I don't mind ladybugs, but that's about it. (I don't mind bumblebees either, but I can't stand wasps).
I think partially because I do not understand them that well and they seem very capricious to me. I bear no ill-will towards a snake or a scorpion or a spider... and I understand that if they go into my bed at night when I'm camping or travelling in strange far-away lands.. it's just because they want to be warm. I understand that all too well.
problem is, regardless of my intent to not harm them, if I move - which i do quite often when asleep - they'll be startled and bite/sting me. they seem hysterical to me, but not in the funny way. the slightest thing can set them off.
... and so, I hate them with the raging fury of a coronal mass ejection.
oh yeah.. I hate mosquitoes as well. but mostly because I'm allergic to the enzyme they inject into the wound they've caused while sucking my blood, to stop infections. dunno if that's irony... the very thing they do to keep me healthy makes me unhealthy.

Hmmm nothing major scares me but theres alot of minor stuff which I must be honest I try to avoid as much as I can.
Like small fleet fights or empty systems, its not that I am scared of them I just prefer going to popular systems.
But on a serious note
1. Heights - but only if im stoned
2. Obesity - every time I see a fat person I lose 1lb, which would explain why I am practically anorexic
3. Relationships - Unnecessary and unneeded (especially in this day and age)
4. TV worshippers - People who watch TV, quote things from something they saw and talk about TV scare the **** out of me
5. Religious people - I get it, im going to hell stop trying to convert me

My kid getting terminally ill, abused or abducted.
I don't give a rats about me, i turn 40 next month. I've had a great run and am surprised i have lived this long after riding motorcycles the way i did as a young man. (Used to take my brain out before i put my helmet on.)
But i worry that something will happpen to my kid. You read and see enough of it in the news etc.

1) Not being in control of a situation.
Also, I am convinced that I will die in a airplane. I'm not afraid of flying...it's just a constant thought whenever I'm in the air. Became a a GA pilot, but still think about it.
Regarding alarm clocks: I went into a fast food restaurant once and some machine in the kitchen started beeping exactly like my alarm. It gave an actual physio-psychological negative feeling just to hear the sound.

Actually no. We were taken to war. There's a difference between this and getting fooled into it. Many Americans saw Iraq for what it was but had no constitutional mechanism for stopping the march to war.

America has done some butt-stupid things in the past ten years. And there's more stupidity to follow. But that doesn't mean that Americans are stupid.

I'm not sure it counts as politics. The sensationalized drama news, polarizing candidates, and general trash-talking can be seen the Eve forums.
Hi-sec carebears qq'ing, low-sec piwates heaping scorn on carebears while complaining about the lack of targets, the high-sec folks off doing their own thing, Alliance politics, the general lack of trust in Eve, the ridiculous amount of threads related to the character creator, the impact/whining of incursions, the abuse of RR-Concord mechanics in incursion pick up fleets, blob versus small gang and solo pvp, etc..
Not too different from real world politics/sensationalism/stupidity/whatever, methinks.

Getting old. Take a look in an old folks home and see some of the delights that await you.
Alzheimers, multiple cancer types, the general loss of ability, cataracts, arthritis/rheumatism, strokes nuking random parts of your brain, loss of control of bodily functions, the list goes on. Oh and assisted suicide is illegal in most places so you can't easily "logoffski".
On top of all that, you will forget how to work your tv set, will almost certainly slowly become more and more right wing in your views, and will start wearing grey or brown cardigans. WTB Culture citizenship or major stem cell research investment.
