Hello fellow MD readers,
On behalf of an anonymous party I will be gathering funding for a 100b bond.
> Once a month, the interest payment will be made, likely to be done on the 1st of each month.
> In the event of a default, investors will be refunded their capital investment and accrued interest. Any isk after the liquidation will be taken as my fee.
> Previous public and private investors will get priority, as will larger investors over smaller investors. This is to make things easier for me.
The anonymous party will be transfering collateral over to me to cover to full amount of the bond. Collateral will be in the form of various BPO's. Each BPO has been under-valued 20% below market value as I'm extra cautious with this volume of ISK and I don't like the standard 10% safety net.
The total Bond size will be 100b isk.
The terms:
5b isk minimum investment
5b investment increments
2.5% monthly interest
No fixed duration
A cashout requests requires a 1 month notice, and will be cashed out as funds are available.

Hey TS, in all honesty I was always surprised you stuck with the 3% rates you seemed to use. That rate has become a baseline in MD for no apparent reason for the "reputable" investments.
In my personal opinion you have a better and longer standing public reputation then I do. I firmly believe you could offer 2% and still have your bonds filled practically instantly. Yes I'm sure many of your previous investors won't like me for saying that, but that's just my take on things.
You've been a pillar example or trust in eve since 2003, and you don't have to conform to the status quo, because let's be honest, you're by no means a regular case.

Small update!
Interest has been paid, now looking for a replacement investor as Aish will be stepping away. 20b has been filled privately, so only looking for 80b.
First come first serve, prior investors and bulk investors get priority.

Most of the bob/it T2/SC producers have always had alt alliances/corps for production, trading and investing, at least all of the ones I know. I don't know any of them that would be known as a refugee, although "displaced person(s)" would be more appropriate based on the events.
You would be surprised the amount of t2 bpo's for sale the last 45 days that weren't from bob/it personal holdings.

Not too give any details I shouldn't, but in this particular instance this wouldn't be affected.
I also have a reservation for 5b torain, I'll add to the backup list. So we have about 75b more to go.

If possible also send a mail grendell.As you maybe know i don't actually play any more but will keep my eye on evegate once every 24hours and will send the isk once mail received and a confirmation of aish in here .

Ok your investments can be sent to me directly now. I will then cash out Aish and pay him for half of this months interest, since we are now halfway through the month.
So for all the new investors interest will still be made the 1st of every month. Since were halfway through this month it will be 50% of the interest on the first interest payment.
I'll be mailing all of you shortly to make sure everyone gets the notice.
