You cannot join the channel because it is overloaded. Due to scalability issues, at most 50 users are allowed at any given time on a channel that is configured with Immediate-mode memberlist management.

Its a social channel. A "gentleman's club" That means dont spam your business and dont scam in the lounge. What you do outside is not relevant. If ccp grants a way for players to criminally flag somehow, and it can have consequences, then I might consider a no criminals rule..
To each their own perceptions and judgement and i respect yours.However i fully disagree when it comes down to MD scammers/scammers in general.I'm not gonna try to convince you of something you believe is the way the channel works and should work as that is your own choice and i don't feel like the old ricdic discussion again.
Let's just keep it in the simple words that i will not be a part of such a gentleman's club then , not that i'll be missed out but it's a principal thing  .

Brock told me , when i told him it amazed me he was in scc the day after the scam , that he could easily get in with an alt and no one could stop that.I then made the same theory that there is a distinction between a scammer being able to get into scc and allowing them into scc.
HUGE difference in my book.

If i kill you in low-sec i made no promise not to engage

If i set up a sell order wich has a 10000% profit i did not tell you that was the right price for the item and it would be wise to buy it
And if i gank your hulk in empire i did not promise i would not
NOW if i make an ipo/investment offer on the other hand and scam ... DUH.
But enough , allready letting myself more in this waste of time discussion ... been there before so enjoy.
