I'd be alot better off if two things were removed:
A) the poor tracking ability of Blasters, replaced with GOOD tracking
B) ALL the needless Minmatar buffs. ALL OF THEM. I don't care how it's done, either by buffing everyone else or nerfing minmatar, but the way things seem to be going, PvP on smaller scales is Minmatar or don't bother. That's not very sandboxy IMO.

I would like nothing better than to remove multiple characters/accounts completely. It should be one player=one character.
It'll never happen, though.

If I had to do away with something it would be the current system of leveling ships. It makes no sense really :). I'm not talking about the character skills, but the jump from some ships to the next one.

Remove Insurance for beeing concordokken.
After getting GCC in highsec give a 7 hour timer, not 15 min.
Concord response in 0.5 = 0,5 seconds
Concord response in 0.4 = 0,4 seconds
and so on.
After salvaging a wreck not created (shot) by salvager, shutdown of all modules including engines and cap for 5 mins. Oh, and getting flashy red for everybody.
After looting a wreck not created (shot) by looter, the looter is ejected to space without his pod. As he¦s dead now after 7 hours he awakes in a clone in a random 0.0 station, at least 25 jumps away from empire, having his most valuable ship ready at that station.
I¦m sure i have more good ideas, but i have to go on working. And don¦t take me too serious.

Medical clones are nice because it's a drawback to having seriouly high SP.
Things I wouldn't mind to much if removed, or changed:
Jumpclones(or much longer JC cooldown; too easy to get around as is)
Jumpbridges(stuctures)
Learning skills(oh wait :P)
BMs
Warp-to 0 on gates
Cloaks on non-cloak specialized ships
Things that should be added:
Inter-region useable pirate gates(with pirate controlled gate guns)
More space(beyond 0.0 that requires player built gates)
Jumpdrive spoolup
Warp to anywhere in system through UI(~500-1000AU range of sun)
Probing changes to support above.
Edit: some things added
Remove this guy's brain. Stupid ideas. Oh wait, he has no brain. No warp to zero would make this game so boring it might die. No book marks would ensure that. You might note that four out of six of his stuff would make this game unbelieveably dull. Must be a very dull person.
