Tonight while doing my first level 2 mission I was attacked by the above named subject in a dead space complex while fighting the Thukker NPCs and looting for the objective I needed to complete the mission.
Mr. X (Not his real name btw) had somehow caught up with me while my drones were clearing out the rats in Thebaka and proceeded to intimedate me by ramming my ship while I was searching for the container, he had targeted me and making for an already stressful mission when he found the container I needed and proceeded to capture said objective. At that point I gave up and proceeded back to Youl to quit the mission, resulting in the lost of the payout and bonuses
Even though I had made a substansial amount on the bounties it was a total loss after having returned to my home station to pay for repairs and then buying armor and hull fittings to remote repair in the field on future missions
Mr. X was sent a mail from me stating that he was permanently blocked from contacting me and his standing was reduce to Bad Standings as a result. I also told him he better be glad I did NOT fire on him as it would had resulted in a very bad scene since he took my objective without recourse. I could have raised hell with a GM but that would do no good in this regard.
As it was, he has been charged as a thief and theft of an objective by piracy and intimedation, and the result was a permanent block and ban.

Sure, maybe you don't care but I do, and since this was something I had to work for in having to raise Connection skill up with then by all rights I had every right to do the mission without interference from some one else. I also have the right to point out this person WAS someone I was trying to get a long with but it kept getting worse instead of better, and therefore he deserved what he gotten. A block from contacting me, banned, and the LOSS of a possible friendship.
I can't say no more as this matter is justified and a done deal.
I'll ask that this thread be locked please, thank you.

Not a double post, obviously I have posted on this character since I was able to log in, BUT the heart of the matter is that interference which was uncalled for in this case from an outsider whom I had some respect for because of his knowledge in Internet Technology which I found he's a great resource to, but sadly because of his actions it resulted in the punishment he gotten and I only used "Mr. X" to hide his name to at least give him a little privacy. Again being blocked and banned from contacting me is the result of his actions towards me in not being able to complete my mission objectives. Also it would not even be worth a war dec in this case at all.
