I'm not rasict at all... but from the time I left eve about 3 years ago and looking at the map now. I was curious when did eve become so Russian dominated?

That would not be racism. Stop using the word when you don't know what it means. 
As we all know, EVE is not dominated by Russians. It's dominated by the people of Iceland. It just doesn't show it on the map.

Only stated i'm not rasict upfront to avoid the "so what if it's russian what you got against them" response.
Only issue I see with this is most russian alliance/corps ONLY take russian speakers on, thus limmiting what 50% of current .0 space for english speakers? I may be totally off here but eh.. was just a thought.

Became a Russian game when CCP decided they would enact very little in the way of punishment for macroing and botting.
Russian RMT is big buisness.
CCP refuses to get serious about it.

Actually that is not what is really going on. CCP tries to keep it a secret, but it doesn't take a genious to see what is really going on, if you just know where to look. Not many are aware of this, but CCP did in fact try to crack down on them. They were forced to stop at the request of the Icelandic government.
It appears, that as a retaliation to the CCP crackdown the Russian government threatened to call in all the loans they gave to Iceland during the financial meltdown. The russians demanded that CCP had to immediately cease all their actions against russian nationals and restore the account of someone with the username "the gray cardinal". I don't know what that account restoration was about or why the Russian government would get involved, but as long as they have that stranglehold on Iceland's ******* CCP isn't in a position to crack down on them.

Yes Russians are most likely to RMT and bot, but US players are likely to get manipulated, while EU are most likely to get bored.
In short, Russians are hot just a shame they all bot :(
