Just trying to understand since explosive is the last hardener to put on a shield tank due to explosive having the highest resistance of the shields... seems more like something an armor tanker would use, except that it's shields in this case...

Why pay and get blown up anyways? Blame your kin folks for ruining your business Maybe because there is enough ISK around and people don't care or just give a flying toss about pay a ransom to some no good thug Or maybe its because of the principles of things.
