You can fit buffer with slaves and easily get 200k to 250k EHP.
Only time its worth going active is with x-type reps and exile booster. Edit: Or some crazy shield tanks with crystals. Need someone else pointing the target though as most your mids are taken.

No prenerf mega was more like a 90% web and a dozen target painters. MWD used to never turn off so sig was huge. Could do full damage to almost anything.

only 200 to 250k ehp?.....I can get to 320-390k ehp with 2k dps overheated depending on what you are willing spend.
Post fit then or gtfo. And don't say a t3 alt in local boosting.
