Only time its worth going active is with x-type reps and exile booster. Edit: Or some crazy shield tanks with crystals. Need someone else pointing the target though as most your mids are taken.

Indeed, I do love the navy meg and i run a buffer fit with it. It's tried, tested and true. Thought maybe dual reps and dual cap injectors might work on the vindi, though that would only leave room for one web.

The reason i say / use Void L is because it's more better to use on a boat that have 90% web effect. When i'm in a fleet with maxed armor bonuses, i will have around 235k EHP with the setup i have. So my setup is a mix of DPS and passive tank. The setup have 8x Neutron Blaster Cannon II's in High slot. 1x Gist C-Type 100MN MWD, 1x Domination Warp Disruptor, 1x Federation Navy Stasis Webifier, 1x Shadow Serpentis Sensor Booster and 1x Heavy Capacitor Booster II in Med slot. 1x Damage Control II, 2x Tairei's Modified Enegized Adaptive Nano Membrane, 2x 1600mm RTP and 2x Shadow Serpentis Magnetic Field Stabilizer in Low slot. 3x T1 Large Trimarks and 5x Ogre II drones.
