For those that are still unaware as to why CCP changed the mechanics as far as RR'ing global criminals in high sec, take a look at this.

It has nothing to do with helping out the noobs who don't know what a GCC is, and everything to do with people griefing in Incursion sites and getting billions of isk popped for nothing.
Oh, I'd like to add, the one blue wreck in the middle of the first picture is the one guy that started the whole chain reaction off.

I agree wit dis guy hurr ^^. Deactivate the modules and give a prompt message! Then at least people have been warned, but can still suicide their A**es if they wanna.
Agreed - This would be a better solution
