5x Hobgoblin II
26x Cap Booster 400 (cargo)
1340x Bane Torpedo (cargo)
I tested this fit about 3-4 mass tests ago and it actually went well, it can hold it's own against most BS's and ends up being a slightly cheaper, tougher raven (which I am not a major fan of). The RR and RE are powered by the capbooster and it's not needed aside from repping unless you are intensely using the MWD. The launchers can be switched to t2 (or malkuth if you prefer it) if you have the skills and isk. It can also be torpedo fitted if you like (POS bashing/ anti BS), but that puts it a tad closer to blaster or autocannon BS's or BC's. I suppose this is just a breath of fresh air, opposed to the normal ECM scorp. - nerdman

10/10....pro troll fit post. You even went the extra effort to not put in TP and are running pve drones to ensure neither your missile or drones actually hit anything worth a damn.
I could dock a point for no faction ammo...but this fit it be wasted money so wise move on your part. I hate losing millions in faction ammo myself even on non crap fit ships lol.

I initially thought this had merit as a bsis for a bait Scorp....
then I noticed the cap booster 400s and torps in cargo where 200's are loaded and Cruise launchers are fitted 
+1 for making me look twice...

Addendum:
Aside from that, I think the Scorpion lacks a high- or low-slot.

Y'know if you just changed from '[Scorp Pvp]' to '[Navy Scorp Pvp]', then you'd have an awesome turbo raven. Like 1100dps just with vanilla mods and navy ammo, and has space for a point, a painter and 150k ehp on top of that.
Sadly, you encountered a whole bunch of fail instead

I wouldn't put jammers on that ship either.
