CCP, why U implement a local improvement, when all people consider local as OP.
You first introduced compact view of local which devastated hunting possibilities in many ratting systems, now you BOOSTED the local again over the top and introduced even BLINKING for half-awake people so you cant catch even these anymore!
WHY THE F*CK IS THAT? WHY DO YOU MAKE 0.0 MORE AND MORE SAFE?????????????????

More skill nor more accounts change the fact Local chat makes targeted non consensual pvp an exercise dependent completely on the victim or non aggressed willingness to do so. That's not nonconsensual pvp, that actually consensual.
And if we can argue for the safety we have now why not go even further and make pvp completely consensual? If that seems extreme then defend your line because all I see is the theatre of opposition. |

Local only blinks when you hover your mouse over it when ppl join/leave. And tbh I haven't really found any use for that except it looks... weird. Just keeping an eye at the number in local has the same effect imo
