Just for fun, and springing out of a conversation in The Summit that went to strange places, I suggest a new competition:
The Capsuleer Rear of the Year Award!
Yes, a plethora of pod pilot posteriors await to be posted and judged. There are only two rules:
Rule one: KEEP. YOUR PANTS. ON.
Tight leather clothing, yes. Underwear, no.
Rule two: Applicants must have held their pilot's license for at least a week prior to this announcement.
Other than that, just take an image of yourself from behind somehow (mirrors, camera drones or a friend may come in handy) and post it here!
There will be two categories (male and female, in case you couldn't guess) and the winners, as decided by a poll at a later date will receive fame, recognition, and maybe a little something special in their breakfast cereal. Though if that's the case, you get your cereal in a damn big box, because I'm thinking of navy-issue cruisers of the winner's choice here.
Anyway, without further ado, I declare this competition open! take it away! -

So that's how Sansha can afford to replace all the ships we keep blowing up all over New Eden. I'm surprised you can take the time to post here; financing his war effort must keep you busy 24/7. ----------------------------------

Well, I must confess this was originally an April Fools joke.
Joke's on me it seems - the enthusiasm for this has been startling, so let's make it official.
So: the rules.
1: Clothed images only, please. There's no need to make an ass of yourself.
2: All applicants must hold pilot's licenses dated YC113.03.25 00:00 (25th of March) or earlier.
3: All contest entries must be submitted to YC113.05.01 23:59 (May 1st)
4: The contest will be judged by public opinion poll starting YC.113.05.02 (May 2nd) and ending a weeks later on May the 9th.
5: Judging will be in two categories - male and female.
6: The winner in each category will receive a Navy-issue cruiser of their choice.
7: No "winning by default" - we want a competition here. The minimum number of entries required for the competition to be valid in each category is 4. If three or less people enter in a given category, the competition will be null and void.
8: Abusive conduct towards other entrants will be met with disqualification. Light-hearted teasing, however, is encouraged. There will be a secret prize to the entrant who can most wittily insult their opponents' backsides.
9: the "Junk in the Trunk" consolation prize will be given to the two Pilots who receive the least votes in their category.
I'd like to take this opportunity to wish everyone good luck, and may the best bottom win! -
