I am half expecting at this point for CCP saying that its gonna take a while longer, couse they are looking into the issue of the server renaming itself to "Skynet" and what does that mean.

WTF patch download failed at 99.9%! I don't have the juice to download it again. We're now slowed to 64kbps until the 22nd.
I'm going to sit in the corner and cry, perhaps even do a bit of dribbling and maniacal laughter.

I just downloaded it at 8MB/s, so it took me 2 minutes to download it.
at 88% of installation i got an error that my installation is corrupt.
Now i have to download whole game again ?

go to your eve directory and run repair.exe
profit !
you don't even need to download the patch from a link, just run repair.exe once u know the patch is avaliable

Well this is wonderful.
Downloaded a 773MB patch.
Download failed at 334MB.
Restart download.
PATCH FAILED (Win7 admin permissions?)
Can't install patch through file manually because it thinks my client is updated.
Client crashes on launch.
Rapair tool downloading 1.02 GB of data.
Is this kind of bulk failure really necessary?

The piercings in the new CC are messing up my character hilariously. Half the time, the hair is gone (strands are rendered on skin instead of hair) and most of my character, including the bottom half of her face is just black. Matte Black. lol

Oh, and OF COURSE, as all patches, it just has to download and use C: as temp. The drive that has 1.6MB free at the best of times.
Please, for the love of god, let me use the drive with terabytes free to download all the **** I'll have to go through 3-4 times before a patch finally works.

Heh, i managed to free space while it unpacked, race against time. just went into program files and selected few folders and move damn you move. Patched with success... but kinda afraid to start the game :)
