Exploration in hisec now yields nothing except wormholes and gravimetric sites, with the odd drone combat site thrown in. Entire constellations are being reported in hisec with literally 0 sigs. It was ok immediately after the patch, but it seems like nothing is respawning even right after downtime. I can't speak for results in low/nullsec/whs.
I can confirm this as I've been 100+ jumps in the last three days scanning every system and finding only 1 single anomaly, and never more than two signatures per system if any at all...none of which are complexes. Mostly wormholes and I found 1 ladar and 1 gravimetric site. I did happen upon two anomalies in my venture but I arrived to only find that nothing at all was there, only a bright cloud where the structures and rats should be. Seems like highsec exploration is dead 
So nobody knows anything about this? Some guy posted a few chapters back something to the effect of "Don't you read the news? blah blah blah ccp trying to get people to move to 0.0 blah blah blah." Does anyone know what news article he's referring to or was he just trolling? Also, for all the whining and flaming that's been going on in this thread it's been awfully inactive for the last few hours. 
It's not just hisec exploration. What SEEMS to be happening is no sites are respawning except during downtime. Prior to the patch, once a site was completed it would randomly respawn somewhere else. Now there seems to be no respawns, so the as the day progresses the only things left are things that people skip (drone combat sites, gravs) and things that aren't be cleared quickly (gravs, WHs). So lowsec, nullsec, hisec it's all the same its completely dependant on how busy the area is. Right after DT there is stuff to be found, but as the day progresses most is found and it is no longer being replaced.
The person saying they are trying to drive people to nullsec, the patch notes was simply moving certain types of sites out of hisec (even that was uncertain). This affects exploration in general, it is not limited to hisec so obviously this is not that.
It's pretty lame at the moment. Downtime is at like 4 am in my time zone, by the time I am able to log on to play everything is gone. I haven't found any sites to play in since the day after the patch.
