No thanks. Do us all a favor and keep your "gift" to yourselves.
Lord Vaari: How many times do you have to be shot at, harassed and publicly ridiculed before you realize that these so-called loyalists are not now and likely never have been your friends? Renounce them, leave their corrupt space and forge a new life for yourself and your corporation outside of Providence.
I might be wrong but I feel that you are only saying that to divide and spread discord, and not because you really care. |

Lord Vaari,
Did you not declare war on the CVA and did you not request specific information on their trade routes with the intention to target those and in fact act in the same manner forces of the CVA acted towards you?
It must be a deep humiliation and shame for you to fall so low as to accuse others of doing what you yourself where plotting.
This would seem to be a thread to whine about a loss where only yourself is to blame. ------------------------------------------------- A friend of death, a brother of luck and a son of a *****

I did not declare war against CVA, they did it for us. Also I requested information about CVA trade routes after declaration of war. We did not agreed rules for this war, so Im not obliged to follow any.
This beginning. This birth of life. This dawn of greatness. I can not fail, for I have the Emperor to lead me and destiny to follow. undefined |

Your god refuses to speak to you openly. If he would, you'd not need to ask such questions, he'd have answered them. Your priests insist that only they can find his will in the signs he gives. Does it really confuse you that these very priests use this, their power, for political gains?
That your god let the True Amarr indoctrinate the Ni-Kunni into your will is a sign of god that enslaving them was good.
That your god let the Minmatar successfully rebel against you is a sign of god that enslaving them was good.
Your priests have stopped listening to your god ages ago. They now only listen to their own greed and will to power.

While I think there may be a few points we agree on, I will have to oppose the majority of your argument. (Unless I am misunderstanding its presentation, and if so, I sincerely apologize.)
Claiming to know the will of God is fallacy, no matter who you are. You can speak with God directly and those attuned to listening will hear him answer. Does that mean I am saying you will hear a voice answering you directly? Not necessarily, but it is like reading the facial expressions and body language of someone you know intimately: the more you know and understand someone, the more you can tell about their state of mind, their thoughts and emotions without a word ever having to be spoken. The more time spent in earnest pursuit of God, the more attuned you will be to hearing him.
Claiming that things that transpire throughout history are signs of the will of God is a misinterpretation of "signs" of God. We are God's vessels, he chooses to do his work through us. (By "us" I do not refer simply to Amarr, I refer to any and all who choose to pursue the will of God). That does not mean that everything we say and do are dictated and reflective of God. We are humans, flawed and separate from God. Our will is our own and ultimately can be used for good or for evil.
To say that every work of our hands (be it for good or for evil) is the will, work or word of God is a false statement. These are the works of humans, through and through. The will of God manifests itself in God's time and in God's way, not ours.

I was speaking to Miss Rella, not the CVA. Having been myself a supporter of the CVA for years, the simple idea that I am criticizing like that the CVA is irrelevant.

You might want to take a look again at the context : my question was purely rhetorical to an assessment done by another loyalist. I think that you are wasting your time trying to argue with me over a concept I do not share, which is precisely that kind of interpretations of God signs.
For that my understanding of God has nothing to do with supernatural beings of any kind. |

I can only say I am sorry for the losses the IPHAR members have suffered because of the antics of their High Farter. We understand they are trapped between their conscience and their oaths to the creature Vaari, but as long as they are members of his organisations, they are targets.
I, personally, shall never fire on any IPHAR member (unless they give me a reason to) other than Vaari, but other members of CVA might not be so... understanding. Especially considering how insulting the High Farter has been.

You know I might be wrong but I feel you're playing the passive aggressive agent provocateur again, not that you give a tinker's damn about Vaari and whether I feel compassion for him or not.
I know you think pretty highly of yourself Farel but you aren't divine, nor do you possess the gift of omniscience. How the hell do you presume to know what's in my mind or my heart? More importantly, why the hell even bring it up? Because you had a pretty good hunch that I'd reply to you, that's why. You like stirring the pot without getting grease on your hands.
I tried giving you the benefit of the doubt and wanted to believe your sincerity as an agent of change because of your relationship with a close friend of mine. That's over with. From now on you get treated like any other two-bit imperial troublemaker.
As much as I disagree with and despise the likes of Rodj Blake or Silas Vitalia at least they have the courage of their convictions. They say what they do because they believe it, not merely as a means to a dubious end.
