Long ago in a galaxy far far away i heard someone mention the words "an alliance can never be destroyed" but as we all know this is the biggest load of bo*%úx ever said (see the alliance maps through the ages under "corps alliances and discutions something")and im sure the changing maps will prove my point.
As we all know it has been a busy 6 months or so firstly with FA (fountain alliance) decimating CFS (coalition of free stars)over some stations BIG corp wanted back, then the fall of the mighty *cough* CA(curse alliance) and now it seams FA are going down in the not so distant future due to all the friends they seam to be making or not , so the question is who is next, who is left to shoot at and will we ever see a titan on TQ send your answers on a post card to..... on second thoughts just reply to this post

Originally by: Wulfgard PA, CFS, CA, FIX and currently FA are on the process on being systematically wiped out by the largest and most efficient pirate coalition ever made (evol, moo, attuk, votf, suppremacy, shinra and many others). It is pointless to fight them considering the odds. I sometimes wonder if there is a pattern or logic in this widespread chaos? Wiping out every single alliances will end up hurting them, production, ores flows, research will be slow down considerably, no to talk of requierments for dreadnoughts, titans.
It seems most of the veterant players have lost interest in building and creating stability and harmony in the Eve universe, all they care is blowing stuff up. It is ironical that since CA was destroyed, the big bad guys gone, there would a little more stability, well it really had the reverse effect, now everyone is turning in to a wolf. And none of the great PvPhouse dares to oppose the coalition of Ebil, the dark side has won the day
Happy mining in .4
Well, eventually, hopefully, we will start killing each other. I can't wait for the day that people who actually want to fight, fight each other. That will be a great day.

well Alliances only die if corp are leaving
PA is alive again CFS died to political **** afaik CA died cause thy splitted (political ****) NORAD died when Nemesis, Merchent Marins and BNC left JQA may get killed, same for FIX, but both only hold small regions and werent very old I doubt we will see FA dead anytime soon
war in Eve is not only about holding territory, its about who has the fatest ass to endure the state of war longest Wanna fly with me?

That's some flamebait... hah
But you know, its almost true that you can't kill an alliance. No alliance ever died becuase of ship or territory losses. They die because they are torn apart by disention. CFS *could* have endured. Its not like its a requirement to have access to bistot and 0.0 hunting in order to make ISK, and they could have lived just fine in empire and spent forever fighting FIX and FA. I really dont understand any alliance that lets themselves be beaten by someone else. Hell even if they do kick you out of your territory, they cant kill *you*. You should have enough loyalty to people who are supposed to be your freinds to stick it out and find something new together, be it gurilla warfare against the invaders or just pull a BOB/xCA and go do something else in a different part of space. +++
It's called "low security space" for a reason. |

FA will kill themselves in-directley. Where as CA fell apart through internal matters, FA have given too many people grief in one way of another through the last year. Their sheer arrogance has destroyed them, and what goes around, comes around .... and about time to.

joy love and peace and carebear hugz for all. Blowing stuff up is what eve is all about! I also like how when someone is a agressor in eve they are now "pirates".

I think you will see a great peace appear on the horizon once the true masters of unregulated space wash away the unworthy masses who think they can claim space without the firepower to back it up!!! The outer rim will be free for all who want to suck on an arkanor rock and shoot people!!!
So say we all!!
So say we all..

Edited by: Aulora on 07/02/2005 07:15:55 Unless there are player owned stations established in the area, I dont think region can be brought down by combat alone. The encumbant alliance that controls the npc stations will more or less maintain control of the region.
Also I dont think FA are going anywhere for quite some time, its way too early to call that one. Several individuals in FA could personally hire most of empire to come help fight.

A region can fall under militairy alone. PBL died. They had a POS, but as soon as they knew we where there to stay, they pulled it offline.
Though PBL was officially non-excisting.

You know a lot about FA, do they supply CAS? Are they gonna hire your nub corp to come fight?
Seriously, I hope they can find some goons to fight for them, its boring already.

Yeah, funny that isn't it - they cease having to fight and defend and, all of a sudden, the deadweight and carebear element resurface.
That says more about them, tbh, than it does about BoB.
