ok, got this today. it is a 8 of 10. and i dont know enough about computers to put this on a proper page, neigher do i write english good enough to put this in to many wordsPlex consists of 4 rooms. Room 1 is easy a few ships and a gate.2 battleships plus some crap
Room 2 is just a little harder than room one. 4 battleships and some crap.
Room 3 is where it starts to get intresting, 1 facton spawn. drops dark blood ****. and 6 other battleships plus som crap. room 1 thru 3 very little neuting, no scram
Room 4. 8 battleships 8 elite cruisers 8 webbing scraming frigs. plus alota fregate, cruiser and battlecruiser crap. (aka unelite). also there is a tower that have teh web from hell and a Purgatory citatel missile. hit me for 1500 em damage when i wasent moving. droped fast as soon as i started moving. hit my baddon for 350 evry 15 sec, when i was moving at 20 ms.
Also the tower have an armour tank that is insane, unless you get 60km from it. atleast i think it was 60km. if 60 dont work, test 70. and it have ALOTA structure.
When i landed in room 4 i was in big trouble. my tengu did not move cuse of all the webs and i was scramed. was able to overload tank when rats came in close just enough to take down scraming frigs. then i warped out. second atemt. i send my industrial dude in first. he drops a buch of drones and warp as soon as possible. i send im the tengu. burns away as fast as i can. and when i was at safe range approx 65-85 km away. and i wasent webbed anymore. it was easy. but time consuming. my low dps tengu did this complex in 30 minutes. structure alone. and the end message is the best ever.
Godd luck with this guys. Loots from mine was 21 OPE! **** the drop gods. this plex takes thrice the amout of time a 8 a 10 does in guristas space. but the drops are just as rare and crap. wtf ccp

It's the same as the Angel 8/10, Cartel Prisoner Retention (CPR).
You need to be at least 39km away from the station to avoid activating its tremendous armor rep (and yes, it is in fact huge).
If you get this as an escalation, even though you cannot use the ship scanner on the outpost to determine your drop like you can in other plexes, there is still a way to milk the plex for a few days until you get a good drop. Good luck figuring it out. ;-)

wait you can use a ship scanner to see what a ship is gonna drop o.0
So gonna test that

You are wrong my friend.
It's true that the station does not repair itself in the Angel plex.
But the Guristas, sansha and blood does repair itself at any range.
I tried the blood plex a couple of days ago and went out t 82km.
And it still repaired.

Wrong. I have just tried all the way out to 95km and it still reps itself up. I've tried throwing dps tengu and dps loki at it but it doesnt even scratch the tower. I have seen a tower like this in a blood 6/10, but in that it stopped attacking once you killed everything and warped out then back, in this 8/10 it does not matter if everything is dead and does not matter how many times you warp out and back.

I found that the Sansha one did not rep itself at all (if it did it was unnoticeable, but did have a hell of a lot of structure which took a while to kill.
In the end I only got the 21st overseer effect though
