Well they've mined for about the last 19 hours straight, almost DT now. Nobody has ganked them in the last day. Such succulent targets too.

Originally by: ournameislegion Have you been watching them 23/7 also? I guess there is some sort of eula violation in that to right?
Actually, I just check if they're still mining when I wake up, throughout the day and before I goto sleep. My sleep hours have varied by a few hours each night also and they never stop mining. Maybe they just happen to log off when I do and follow the same patterns in sleep variation as I each night. It could happen, I could also win the lottery jackpot 5 times in a row. I also woke up half way through the night a few times just to check and lo and behold, they were still mining.
To know for sure if they are bots you need to ask them why they are not helping the upside down tortoise in the desert.
Nicely Done...

Am i missing something they run their own players corps why doesnt anyone just wardec their corp and go hunting sure they might leave corp and join a npc corp but then gms can nail them for wardec avoiding, that orca looks like such a juicy target.

Leaving or closing a corp to avoid a war declare is not an exploit, and yes if you war declare them they will form a new corp.
Suicide gank is the only and best way to harm them, well, other than ban them.

Group 1 is now set up mining in the Finanar (0.5) system ice field.

Pity they couldn't get the orca too in the first sb gank, with a delayed second gang warp in 30sec or so later after the orca is in initial damage.

I'm shocked that nobody is ganking these macros, 7 macks for 2 battleships is a very tasty suicide gank. Also according to the last person to gank these guys, their hauler continued to haul from station to belt for hours after the miners were dead and gone - macro evidence.
If someone killed their ships but left pods alive, you could fraps the pods sat in space for hours while the hauler hauls nothing, and send that to CCP.

Do CCP have to send you a fraps of them ignoring your evidence before you finally get it?

I'm shocked by your expectations of C&P. Also, no one ganks miners unless you offer prizes.

Originally by: Mo Shizzler Edited by: Mo Shizzler on 21/04/2011 20:50:08 There's these two groups of miners i've been keeping an eye on. They caught my eye because they mine 23/7. They mine ice, and they switch the systems they mine in on a daily basis. They always mine Glacial mass, there's no reason to switch systems like that unless they're trying to hide the fact that they are mining 23/7. There's no way to mine 23/7 without some kind of eula breakage going on.
Something else that i've noticed is each of the two groups has most of their characters created on the exact same day, 2010.09.18.
Each group consists of 7 mackinkaws, an orca and an indy hauler.
If I was into suicide ganking, i'd be using a locator agent on these two groups and ganking them on a daily basis. 7 macks in 1 spot mining 23/7 is just begging to be ganked. That's why I posted this here though, i won't post their character names, but their corp names are "South terror corp" and "baneblade JG corp".
Ultimately, if CCP won't touch 23/7 farmers, the least that can happen is we gank them. I esimate that 2 (3 to be sure to get their pods too) smartbomb battleships will cost each group around 1.2+ billion isk in losses each time they gank them.

The question you should be asking is why aren't you ganking them again? This turned from "hey look I ganked some macks" to running commentary where they are and why hasn't somebody else ganked them? Maybe nobody cares? Try that big thread in GD which has lots of feed up people in it?

Edited by: Mo Shizzler on 27/04/2011 23:24:38 They've actually been ganked a few times, especially the BaneBlade JG corp group. just check the stats for Tjuld on battleclinic KB, then check his killers stats. That group is currently mining in Nakugard ice field again.

I really applaud this. I don't like macros, they hurt the game. And besides this crusade against macro mackinaws is a lot of fun. Nuke 'em till they glow :) Smart bombing them beats mining all day, or blob camping some low sec gate, or doing your 5 millionth mission.

Edited by: Suddenly Boom on 30/04/2011 00:03:31 We took out both groups of the macroers today, once before downtime, and once after, for a total of 20+ mackinkaw kills, uploaded the killmails to battleclinic. No pay required, their loot and salvage was more than adequate. Their macros seem to have gone wrong, as a result the orca and hauler in their group is just sat in the eygfe and oppold ice fields without any miners. I wonder if they'll even have noticed by tomorrow.

Wow, we killed these groups at about 9 and 10pm last night, it's gone 8am in the morning and their broken macros are still sat in the oppold and eygfe ice fields, with no miners, some 10 hours later.

After several ganks on this group of macks, they now logoff the second I enter local. Pretty funny to see all of their characters instantly logoff each time I enter, faster than any player could do it.
