I have a question. I am looking around for a Hurricane BPO from NPC markets. I can't find one anywhere? Even Eve-Central doesn't show any. Looking at the BPO Info, it shows nothing to indicate it's a t2 ship. Is there a reason why there are no BPO's available for this ship?

Ship race bpo's seed in their own region.
So a caldari cruiser bpo is in caldari space , a gallente cruiser bpo is in gallente space etc ...
Just like covetor bpo etc seed in ore systems in outer ring 0.0 .
A mistake a lot of people make is thinking they seed everywhere and/or buy them overpriced in the wrong region.

Why dont they show on Eve-Central then? I know they don't seed everywhere but non of the marketing sites show them anywhere at all. As these sites are pretty much automated, It would seem that there are no BPO even in minnie space?

Beats me why since i never used eve central myself.Trust me , they seed in their OWN region

Don't know if this is your problem, but....
I know w/ EVE Central, sometimes you have to put the full item name in (with ... Blueprint), otherwise the search won't pull it up.
Otherwise, I thought that these sites still needed user submissions and maybe those BP's just aren't something that people check/upload?

it's seeded in Heimatar, Metropolis and Molden Heath.
eve-central relies on user uploads - I don't think many people trade in unresearched BPOs (or look aften at their prices for other reasons).
