Bring an alt, join their fleet with.
Target any neutral stuff arount giving Koncorden agression to everyone and his mother, bring your main salvage/loot = profit

A group of people that fly expensive ships and setups optimized to blitz the **** out of vanguard sites, occasionally competing with other fleets in a site and occasionally winning. People claim ownership of sites and cry when we "steal" them.
And we're better than everyone. Obviously.   |

And neither should you join these incursions if you expect there isnt gonna be any competition. New vanguard fleets are starting everyday because people are starting to get familar with vanguards sites now. Its a natural evolution.
But whatever you do, do not hate the people, they just play the rules that are set for them by ccp. If any, hate the game.

+1. CCP can fix it by making rewards proportional to damage dealt, with a small bonus for the fleet doing the most damage. THAT would be more in line with the cooperative play CCP said they wanted with incursion. The current system is more adversarial than is good for the feature.

When I was starting incursions I also felt that "only best fleet" wins the site sucks.But now I think it actually adds to gameplay and makes it more fun, either in win or lose competitions or in scounting and racing for clear sites, or specializing in ones that are "less" favorite.

I believe two fleets doing the same sites in parallel would actually speed up average site completion time, if (and that's a problem) the rewards were alternating fairly.
6x Web from two fleets > 3x Web from just one, for instance. And large targets get only half the repper cycles.

I think its fine as it is. Competition in eve is good.
