10. Wrong hardners.
9. Autopilot.
8. The tackler is the first to come out of warp, landing right on top of a Taranis with T2 blasters.
7. The tackler runs out of cap and the cruise missiles all suddenly catch up.
6. The tackler mistakenly follows orders that weren't meant for him and warps right onto a Tempest with smartbombs. 
5. The hi-sec complex runner accidentally clips his gangmate with a smartbomb. 
4. The scout gets too far ahead of the rest of the gang, combined with: the scout underestimates the power of an extra-shiny Punisher. 
3. The heroic pirate hunter engages the pirate outside the station in low-sec before the pirate is himself aggressed. 
2. The alt-chaser activates his warp disruptor, then misses his target, instead scrambling the station behind him.

1. My heart pumped so hard I had to call the hospital first to see that I wasn't dieng (sp?).
2. My brain frooze beacuse of to much adrenaline so I forgot to send out my drones.
3. My computer don't like me fighting so it drops the fps to 0.5 - 2.0
4. I'm just crappy at pvp.

Just when I'd remembered to make my safespot, after jumping around and jamming a MWD rifter 3 times, it's friends, Mr Raven and Mr Tempest showed up at the gate I'd gone to, and kept me from turning around and running. Pretty sad on my part for having a bad reaction time.
Why I didn't just blow up the rifter with drones is beyond me.

I was owning this raven in my maller, then a bug accoured, and my uberleet 4.5 bill armortank failed due to a armor repairer turning of as a result of spacedust from a nearby miner sneaking into the powercoils and screwing up my arbitral powerconduits ability to generate stable fluxes into the hardeners.
I swear it was a haxor.....now....can i have my maller back ?

1. Intel tells only half the story,
heard that slamd was in a raven and my intell suggested that he didnt have FOF missiles.
I engaged in my BB with torp and cruise fitted (still miss those btw) hit him with 18 points of jamming. Got a few good hits in, then saw the stream of torp death comming out of the raven.
BB down OMG: conclussion no FOF carried as he had a lot of backup arrays fitted so jamming was unlikely.
2. Gang warps to the enemy.
3. Yaffling in TS then noticed i had entered 0.0 owned!
4. First to arrive in Fleet Battles.
5. Having a title as gang leader (dam directors)
6. Trying to help people u dont really know.
7. Guns and mods set to manual fire.
8. Thinking your safe in empire, people tanking sentries.
9. Thinking your safe in empire, shooting gang mates that are not in your corp.
10. Thinking your safe in empire, suicuide alts.

1. How come I can hear the stargate in this asteroid belt, stupid game bugs!
2. Neat, number of pilots in space, that would have been useful!
3. Oh, number of pilots in space is not realtime!
4. Probably shouldn't have tried to pick up the Analytical Mind skill in a 4.0 system with my Ibis on the first day.
5. "Wanted" I think this means that a person wanted to see if a noob will attack him in safe space.
6. I just needed a little cap, I really didn't think the station would mind if I sucked a little from it, wasn't like I was trying to attack it!
7. How come I'm the only one here if I gang warped us.....Big Bada Boom?

There's no excuses for getting own'd. You get own'd for a reason. Stupidity, setup or otherwise.
Reasons I've gotten pwn'd in PvP
1. I didn't trust my instincts to leave the area, got ambushed at a gate 6 to 1 - (lost Scorpion)
2. Gang was disorganized got caught between 2 BS and a BC - (lost Brutix)
3. I fell into a well laid trap and got ambushed - (lost Thorax)

1. Not looking at the map while in the querious chain up to A2. Just killed a bs 1v1 so in a good mood thinking your invincible. Then get scrambled by 2 m0o frigs and ask your corpm8 that just arrived in his frig to go and check the other side of the gate while i refrain from shooting the m0o frigs. Then getting told there's 8 m0o bs's on the other side.
2. Warping in close range in a scorp, with dampeners......
3. Seeing an enemy fleet go in warp at the same time to the same moon you warped to (to avoid their focussed fire). Cus their gang leader messed up and accidently warped the fleet instead of himself. How can i ever thank the man.
