I'm disappointed that we won't be seeing a fairer distribution of effort put into each racial CQ, but by the same token I understand that most of CCP's resources are going into Dust and WoD right now, and therefore they can't deliver the promised content.
That's not a ****ing excuse!
Too damned right, it's not!

I'm really not trying to whine and complain, but like, I'm just of the belief that an "expansion" should hit with more in it. I'll get over it and enjoy June 21st either way I'm sure, it's just that the feature set for Incarna 1.0 should me more complete in my opinion. Call me shallow, but I'd really like to see all 4 rooms AND that main video screen market ticker on day 1. Either way, with a week to go, they may want to put out a dev blog or something to set day 1 expectations for the subscriber base. Responding to that Eve University guy's forum post is better than nothing though I guess.
Another thing is that I have a bunch of people I'm trying to sell on the idea of trying a buddy account and get into the game come Incarna 1.0 .

This whole Minmatar adversiting...I think it's a way to tell people that minmatar are overpowered.

The fact that this seems to be flying under the radar is going to result in more forum rage on the 21st. CCP would be advised to make this clearer on their feature page, to pre-empt some of that.
Also, I agree with what others are saying, this "expansion" feels pretty light with only 1 CQ deployed. While there is a lot of new underlying tech being deployed in Incarna, and the gradual implementation of expansions makes practical sense, from a player (and a marketing) perspective its a bit flat. Even with the assumption that all 4 CQ were being deployed, that Incarna feature page wasn't particularly exciting. I wouldn't be surprised if CCP changed strategies again, post DUST. This "EXPANSION light" approach is unlikely to make enough of a splash.
On a side note, odds are good that Gallente will be the last CQ deployed. Maybe it'll even be deployed along with a hybrid nerf.

While I appreciate all the effort that has gone into the captain's quarters so far, I'm disappointed that only the Minmatar CQ is being released at the end of June. I'm also disappointed that CCP didn't think that this was worth mentioning until prompted by members of the community.

The only thin we absolutely need in Matar CQ's is a pair of slave matar girls to have some fun.
Every thing else is perfectly rusted

I would like to see the trashbag removed. It really does not belong into the personal quarter of members of mankinds elite.

What trash bag? There is no trash bag in my CQ.

There was one by the entrance (from the hangar area) as I recall (I haven't played the very latest sisi build though)

It's not there anymore, just a couple of 425mm shell casings now.

what? bull****! it was very minmatar. It just wasn't very... non-minmatar. I mean I guess removing it removed the most minmatar part of the CQ thus making it a LITTLE better for non-matar stations. But that really wasn't the point.
They better put it back once we get the racial CQs... unless... we won't get them.
