I've read of him and read some posts and other things he has written.

Funny how I feel like I lost a brother even though I did not know him at all. He was obviously a very good individual and clearly did not deserve to be taken from the world so soon. My condolences to his family. Good to see this community come together like this, proving what I already knew................. |

I did not know the Vile Rat. I did not even know his name. But I knew he was out there, somewhere. He had to be out there - Goons were too consistently successful, to frequently did alliances turn and chance roll to GoonSwarm's favor - SOMEWHERE out there there was a briliant diplomat, an operative of persuasive skills and experience. Someone the Goons could trust implicitly, someone that competing alliances would also trust - or at least listen to.
It was obvious - any experienced and thoughtful observer could see there was an invisible hand out there, re-aranging the table, tilting the odds, plucking at strings. It couldn't be the Mittani - He is too high-profile. It had to be someone close to the Mittani, though.
Now I know more about him than I know of almost any other player, and I discover my loss at not investigating sooner.

I listen to talk radio and slowly but surely they're mentioning Sean more and more by his name and that he had regular conversations with an 'online gaming community'. Even going so far as to quote his sentence about the 'police' officer. Keep it up. Giving a story and a face to a victim can bring about a lot of positive attention. As opposed to Michael Savage who 'knows his type as some one in the peace corp.'
Again rip Sean. This unfortunate event could be the catalyst for radical change. |

Vile Rat was a name I only ever knew from from forum posts, but it's always tragic to see people dead due to senseless violence, and to see innocents killed while doing their job is just downright depressing.
