Like with a domi I will have 2 large reps and all large guns and my capaciter and sometimes powergrid will just die... But i just forgot it, damn it. Oh yeah i remember now. Give an extra bonus to the Hel. At present it has 5% bonus to shield and armour transfer amount per level. Add in a 5% cap transfer amount per level too.
