Well that's pretty low and underhanded. Regardless if it is against the EULA or not this person is taking advantage of a horrible situation in a very foul way. I hope CCP does do something about it.

This is the hate spawned from pixelated internet spaceships. This is the HTFU culture so prevalent. Do people really hate Goons SO much as to do this?

Those events that the Jita Monument and the AT ships memorialize were specifically in-game events. The recent requests for Vile Rat memorials and monuments have nothing to do with in-game events.
Speaking directly to your frequent use of strawman tactics. It is rare, in my experience, to see you directly argue or debate against the point you are opposed to. Instead, as you are well known to do, you re-frame the debate to your needs by misrepresenting, misquoting or quoting out of context the opposing viewpoint and replacing it with one that is more suited to your line of debate.
