As for the SP, if you have a high SP character already, adding the 15 million SP to your current character might make sense. To the ones that say that they have "no use for money"... well i'm a little gelous, i'm working like mad to be able to afford my monthly plex to even be able to play... seems kinda futile when people can just throw billions away doesnt it?

20 Billion without a doubt. I have plenty of ISK already, but 20bil is enough to buy a very nice alt.

I would go with the sp because I need to train up my skills so i can fly a nyx or a titan..

20 Billion Isk. PLEXes can be bought, and chracters can be bought, and tbh, my main has pretty much all the skills I really wanted.

The 15 mil SP. I'm at the point with my character where my ISK exceeds the necessity to buy things that I can actually use, other than PLEX. It's annoying being able to buy fittings that I won't be able to fit for three or four months.

well, considering that the 40 plex would equal over 50 million skill points in game time, but less then 16 billion isk at market value, i'd go for the 20 billion

I would take the plex without thinking.
40 plex = 3.29 years of eve. Respecs and proper planning can net you 22 million SP per year.
The plex gives you more options. You can dump it into PT for your current character and enjoy free eve,
you can divide it up and train 3 decent alt accounts, sit on it and use it as quick cash when you need it, or any mixture of the aforementioned.
