First: Hi to all, This is mine first post on the forums and i need some help. I will buy the blockade runner transport ship Viator soon and will it use for distribution missions. Mine problem is that i dont know what to put in the slots. I dont have enough expirience with that. I know that i will put a covert ops cloak in one slot. Is it possible to make the ship faster ( i know from the forums that you can not use mwd and af. burners and cloak the same time so this is not a option )? Or am i wrong ? Ty.

OK, I'll bite though it should be pretty self-evident.
Your viator fit should be pretty much as follows: [Viator, max hauler] Expanded Cargohold II Expanded Cargohold II Expanded Cargohold II
10MN MicroWarpdrive I Cap Recharger II Cap Recharger II
Covert Ops Cloaking Device II
Medium Cargohold Optimization I Medium Cargohold Optimization I
This will allow you to move 10K of stuff (hint: packaged cruiser or hulk w/ fittings). The cap rechargers are mostly optional and the MWD ought to be named or T2. Carry 2 nanofiber structures and an overdrive injector (both preferably T2) and change out your cargohold expanders for them if you can, they'll speed you up.
One thing you can do with a cloak and MWD is to click align and immediately hit the MWD and cloak buttons after it in that order (but not at the same time!). Your MWD will run one cycle (speeding up nicely) while your ship cloaks almost instantly. If you're running gate to gate you can click warp and then cloak for the same effect. If you're running the mission in highsec you can autopilot and hit the MWD to approach the gate faster.
Blockade runners are slippery customers so you shouldn't have too many problems so long as you don't do anything too idiotic. YMMV.
Hope this helps.

Edited by: Aamrr on 22/06/2011 09:27:54 The above is a nice lowsec fitting, but it'll get chewed up in a proper nullsec gatecamp. Bubbles and interceptors and whatnot.
Here's a clever little number that I snagged about a month back. The rigslots are what really make it work. You only get one pulse of your MWD when you break gatecloak, and these make that pulse 4.4 seconds longer, which means you're about 9km further from the people that want to ruin your day.
Nanofibers get you the extra speed to clear the bubble and reduce your time to get into warp. Their drawback is also much less severe than that of the overdrive injectors or inertia stabilizers.
The ECM burst probably won't be able to save you if you're stupid enough to get caught, but it's better than anything else you can put in that slot. EM hardener is basically a touch of smartbomb resistance, nothing more.
Edit: Forgot to post it. [Viator, Nullsec]
Covert Ops Cloaking Device II
Y-T8 Overcharged Hydrocarbon I Microwarpdrive 'Cetus' ECM Shockwave I Magnetic Scattering Amplifier II
3x Nanofiber Internal Structure II
2x Medium Engine Thermal Shielding I

YEah if you try to run a 0.0 camp when your full of cargo expanders it will only take one half decent sabre pilot to ruin your day.

Personally, I dislike the notion of cargo expanding a blockade runner. After all, their real purpose in existence is to be fast and agile (and cloaky).
So I'd go with: Highs: Cloak. Mids: MWD, ECM burst, maybe an Invul? Lows: Istabs normally, keep expanders in your cargo hold.
Rigs: Low friction nozzle joints. (And yes, you do get stacking with the istabs - you might want to add in an overdrive in a low as a 'normal' fit, if you wish)
Aligns for warp in 3.4s, and does 2500m/sec with the MWD 'hot'.
