I noticed that CQ loaded significantly faster with that off.

The Noble Exchange prices are rather ludicrous, but that's my only complaint. I quite enjoy it, lends some more character to... well your character. It serves no purpose other than immersion at the present time, which in my opinion is a perfectly valid reason for it to exist. What people seem to forget is that this is only the first minor part of something much bigger, its not the finished product it is only a teaser. Might not be more than immersion fluff now but as the rest of the station environment gets implemented I think well see much more genuine usefulness out of the quarters, to the point where it will not be feasible to turn them off.
