Thanks for posting CCP Pann.
Personally I'm not worried about the contents of the newsletter. It's apparent to anyone with half a brain that it was meant as an internal discussion tool only.
I'm not to sure what to expect with Incarna now. I think CQ is an amazing start (and have had no performance issues personally, though others clearly have). Incarna has been the most talked about expansions ever. And when it finally arrives we get a single room in which to play dress ups in.
Even a simple roadmap would be useful at this point, what features come next? When do we get the multiplayer environments? Can we please have something positive to look forward to as we drag ourselves out of this mess.
We have absolutely idea what CCP is planning on delivering in Incarna. Which is a shame cause a lot of players are walking around their captains quarters asking themselves "is this it?", after looking forward to it for years.
CCP you knew that player expectations were high. You knew that a lot of people were looking forward to this. And more to the point, you knew (at least we thought you knew) how to keep the players informed.
So CPP, you have created this easily predicted mess. Get to work and clean it up.

Forgot to add.
I enjoy Incarna.
And I don't want to have to load first the station hanger and then the CQ in order to get there. So I say no going back to station spinning, that is, unless you can pick a default location to go to when you dock, ie hanger, or CQ.

Guys can we stop with the personal attacks against Soundwave already?
Incarna is great, micro-transactions not so much.
I would hate for the future direction of EVE to be determined by a bunch of loud mouthed forum players with delusions that they represent the entirety of the player base. You don't.
You know what? There are a lot of people who have faith in CCP and are enjoying the product and are in support of their future vision.
That doesn't mean that CCP can do whatever they want. But it does mean that reasoned discourse is preferred to the total f*** fest that a minority have turned the forums into.
Why the hell would anyone post in support of Incarna/CCP when they are immediately set upon by dozens of trolls with nothing better to do?
Why would CCP want to talk to its players when this is the behaviour typical of those on the forum?
HTFU everyone.

CCP can we please get a roadmap for the rest of the Incarna iterations? I think part of the problem is that nobody knows where we are heading anymore, sure we have some lofty ideals (ultimate space sim) and groovy aspirations (a future vision video). But what are we actually getting in this release?
I think Incarna is exactly what EVE needs, and since I can post on the forums I obviously claim to represent all players in existence, both born and unborn.

Here is the solution that satisfies both the hanger and CQ lovers (of which I am one).
A little button that says "default docking location" with two drop down items "hanger" and "captains quaters". It defaults to CQ for the new players.
