ok probably won't get read but my 2 isk
1) i personally don't care either way about the NEX store however if anything is EVER sold that offers an advantage for cash or bypasses the market that will change - make an official statement to stress that you will NEVER do this. That all that will be sold in the NEX store is purely cosmetic (paint jobs, clothes, ornaments and so on) change ships so that they have paint job shops and put some in that players can make, never. ever. touch products players are already producing or anything that will give an advantage. Give us the players your word on this and we MAY start trusting you again.
2) CQ - yes it's nice and shiny and it's also been disabled after less than 5 minutes of logging in after the patch - HANGER VIEW people are calling out for it give it back, why the hell would i go to "my quarters" when all i'm doing is stopping at a station to drop a courier item off, give us the hanger view by default and a button to get out the pod - PROBLEM SOLVED
3) Icons - need reworking, i love what you've done with salvagers and tractor beams but the icons for pretty much everything are too dark and too generic, they all look the same - spend a few days / couple of weeks reworking them so you can actually see them properly - PROBLEM SOLVED
4) Communication with your players - it's frankly poor and needs to be worked on. you have a PR department use them, communicate with the players both in game and on the forums - sure whoever does it will be mobbed to begin with, it's never going to be pleasant dealing with angry people, especially not angry stupid people but we are your customers we deserve our questions answered. this will also go a long way to building back some of the trust you have so carelessly abused recently. no matter what you do you will offend people but better to offend people and be a presence than simply locking threads or only replying to people saying "good job" and ignoring the 50 page threadnaught of people complaining wanting answers.

5) APOLOGISE - the customers always right even when they aren't. Remember that say sorry for your mistakes admit to them don't give us silence for a few days before you offer poor Pann to the wolves.
6) Bugs - the game has them, quite a lot of them, the players as a whole understand this but it isn't enough to simply say "we're aware of X problem" and never do anything about it, one that comes to mind was the NPC jamming issue, first it was a "priority" and from what i've read and been told it still is not fixed - put a hold on pushing out new shiny boxes or new tops and devote REAL time and resources to fixing them, people will be happier as a result, i think i speak for a lot of the community when i say we would rather have a game that works properly than fluff - and sorry but as far as gameplay is concerned CQ / NEX is fluff. Push it back by 6 months, fix issues the players are concerned or complaining about instead
7) Engage the community - somebody suggested a MANDATORY poll, this is actually a good idea, make a survey, make it flash and annoy people till they do it make it a regular thing, every 6 months or so, then when you do things that players want you to do you can point at it and say "you told us this is what you wanted"
8) remember it's called MICROtransactions for a reason, make them cheap and make them destructable, nothing in eve should be safe from destruction, i'd rather see a monocle for sale for 300 aurum and be lost on a pod kill than 3000 and untouchable - this goes against every precedant in game
that's all that comes to mind right now, i doubt i'll see any response to these but at least my thoughts are out here now, apologies for it being messy i typed it as it came to mind.
i love this game, i have since i started, please don't ruin it.
