As I see it, the chief complaint is regarding the high cost of goods in the Noble Market. Second, many people are unhappy about the CaptainÆs Quarters. Third, there are some performance issues with Incarna. I would appreciate it if you would confirm my observations or tell me what IÆm missing, but I do ask that you do it in a productive way.
You appear to have somehow completely missed the elephant in the room. I would suggest you address "Greed is good".

Also we would be very interested to know when and how you intent to start "putting chlorine in the pool" to "encourage purchases at your store.

Then I suggest you go and find someone who is prepared to talk about it as everything you say is going to inspected under its clear light.

That was not on purpose and I sincerely apologize for that. We've asked you guys to digest a lot of very quick changes and did a suboptimal job at walking beside you during the past month. We should have been able to read between the lines and realise that when you said CQ was optional the options were CQ or nothing and when you said MTs were vanity only that "vanity" is the code word for everything...
But you have no contempt for the player base, well that's such a relief..
