I need to make some isk..What are my choices..I can **** level 4s with my mach..I am just bored of them...I need to make some isk..what are my options..

The progression paths are roughly:
1) High sec incursions, but you'll need to find a fleet and fit accordingly.
2) Join a wormhole corp (you can solo but it's too much work finding empty holes from high sec).
3) Run level 5's in low sec. Ahahahaha.
4) Join a null sec corp with decent space and run anomalies/belts.
5) Learn exploration (substantial amount of training) and how to max your isk/time spent.

Wow, not sure what it is, maybe they think you should know better, maybe the excessive use of ellipses, or the weird name, but you've really pulled out the trolls today.
Unfortunately most of the activities that lie beyond Lv 4's and more Lv 4's will probably require buddies, and also going out of Hi-Sec.
Semi-Exceptions to the above:
Exploration, low sec isn't as profitably as Lv4 missions, Null-Sec can be, but traveling there might be difficult if you can't find a neutral station and park a jump clone there.
Worm Holes: Again you're going to need those exploration skills. If you stick mostly to perimeter sites, you can solo them. Using Tech 3 ships is know to work well.
Incursions can be found in high sec, but still require a group.
Joining 0.0 corps lets you get into more interesting exploration sites that happen to be in their territory. Even the ratting is profitable out there. Radar, Magnetic sites are profitable, but there are also the deadspace sites. However they nerfed their spawn rate significantly a while back, so much so that the profitability of 0.0 as a whole has gone down noticeably.
Lots of corps like to live in a wormhole and raid neighboring wormholes. They can also make a LOT of ISK.
Incursion: Fleets often spontaneously form via the dedicated channel, but that takes time and they're less coordinated compared to a corporation dedicated to incursions. Incursions are mean to be the hardest PVE thus far, but can easily be the most profitable...depending on how much time you spend fighting actual incursions vs just organizing.  Incursions appear randomly absolutely everywhere. Naturally the Hi-Sec ones get the most people.

You type that you need to make some isk - what do you need it for? Based on that info, it would be easier to figure how to get you there.

Honestly, jump in a frig and go to town in low sec. I know you said you want to MAKE SOME ISK, I know. Here's why I recomend this...
I got bored of L4's like you, so I said **** it and grabbed a few merlins, threw some fits on them, and spent a week out in low sec. I did't think I was going to have much fun, since I knew I was going to lose all of those merlins without much success. I had an absolute blast!!! Even when i got blobbed, I still had some fun trying to escape the inevidable SCC mail. Know what it cost me? I don't know, I had those merlins before and the mods were stuff iI stocked up on from loot drops, but I'm sure one run through AE easily covered it all.
In short...4 merlins with meta4/T2 fits, a couple kills, one week in low, fun times. I know it doesn't quite answer your question, but it should help with the boredom for now...

Missioning for isk is just so last month. Noone grinds anymore. They purchase their isk. Don't you want to be like everyone else?
