It's just another bad choice in decision making. Never is it good to do anything to your customers other than praise them and acknowledge you appreciate their business. IF anything its an bash against herself for learning from a Video, not the customer. I mean we could spin it that we are "dinosaurs". Or we could spin it that she feels powerless against a player base that has more apparent power then her position provides her. It depends on how you look at it!

I've worked in a professional field for over 20 years. SOme of the best people I worked with had no degree. I think you are a fool to think the degree means competence or worse that lack of degree equates lack of competence.

Just like The Senior Priducer of EVE Online - CCP Zulu (Arnar Hrafn Gylfason) - has no education! No high school! No university! ... And most important, he has no degree (or skills) in COMMUNICATION, PR, Consumer/Customer Relations. He is not the only one with such an impressive educational background at CCP. I heard their new Head of Financial Dept. buried (bankrupt) a few companies.

I worked @ DreamWorks, I was the right hand minion to Corporate VP @ Clear Channel (trained his new middle manager and staff), I took care of a Hospital's Data Center plus Help Desk alone whilst my the rest of my team slept soundly in their beds, I took care of hundreds of Small Business clients with technical advise and support for six years (self employment) .... My subjects in colleges were Behavioral Science, Electronic Music and Violin. I never graduated. I keep a printed out copy of Steve Jobs 2005 Stanford Commencement Speech to kick around my desk and to remind me that when my back is against the wall, I'm doing alright.
