Nobody think anymore that "EVEuni is full of noobs in griffins". Ivy League is your average Highsec alliance, and all these people running missions made it a proper target for a wardec.

Overwhelming numbers aka BLOB, with a great deal of ecm mixed in for good measure. Its the only option you provide for them to actually come out of this with some sort of self respect. In fact, the main defensive weapon of EVEuni is crying all over the place "what we should not get wardeced" "how we are all cute kitties" etc.
The fleets are just to keep busy the pilots.

I don't know if Capricamper Shore is a director/special snowflake/whatever, but I found it intriguing, since I have heard of a case where a pilot was mocked because he lost a single faction module. So why ? Is it because he lost them in lowsec, outside of the WSOP scope ? |

I would think that "running the LSC" is indeed a director (or whatever the name in your hierarchy) and, when all your pilots are told to fly cheap ships "that don't attract any wardec for our pimp loot", a (very) few can do whatever they want. |
