Logged in, laughed at the horrible splash screen graphics, went to the character creator, laughed uncontrollably at the horrible graphics, left the station and was meet with garbage for a UI. Then proceeded to laugh out loud and closed the program and quickly installed it.

Whats all the fuss about MT? I mean, isn't it optional? Or do I HAVE to buy a monocle to fly my ship in future.
Apart from an extra click to open my cargo bays I don't think CQ or the Barbie Center has changed my game play at all.
Eve is great.

You never really tried the game at all, don't kid yourself.

Yeah, the pathing issues in "that" game are completely non-existant. So's all the blocked path due to "elevation".
Also its totaly within anyones reach to make T3 items or greater as the market totaly isnt dead and the items required to build it are totaly being sold and not kept for personal use by the people whom can actualy obtain them

Some brief issues with Perpetuum:
- Graphics are terrible and laggy
- Industry is an utter chore. You essentially need multiple accounts to even cover the basics; one to grind PVE and the other to actually do the industry. At which point, you're making enough to keep the PVE character in mods and ammo .. see the problem?
- PVE is poor. All the 'rats' have too much EHP which just makes it excessively boring. It's also a waste of ammo (which is gold dust, btw)
- It's basically Eve online for everyone who was told to "GO BACK TO WOW!!" as that is what you'll find here. You can't engage in non-consensual PVP of any kind. You can't even shoot someone unless they give you permisssion
Yeh .. I could rant on. There are some pretty fundamental problems with the game that far outway any comments on the graphics.
Aside from all that, the mere fact it is a complete rip off of eve makes me unable to give the devs any respect at all.

Actualy, Microsoft sold the rights back to its origional owners, whom are now known as "Smith and Tinker" and "Piranah Games"
They've allready got a new game in the works - "Mechwarrior Reloaded"
Which - this will come as an utter surprise!! Is currently in limbo due to a copyright claim by the Robotech owners as they used a Warhammer im their feature video!
