In another thread, a player asked when will CCP release anymore information on the winter expansion. This was said this past Monday on the 8th:

Maybe its a new format. Announce dev blog will be in a certain time frame. Fail to release within time frame. Decide to release a paragraph at a time. Judge reaction to paragraph. Get distracted and develop new paragraph, completely off the subject of original paragraph. Capsuleers demand the second paragraph be created that will put the first paragraph into context. CCP soundwave then randomly states "mining is fine as it is" "I really enjoy it" Don't mention hybrids, who are all these pesky customers demanding things from us. Don't they know who I am? It was so much easier when all we had to play was pong and pac man.
