I have contacted my lawyers, (Gank, Greef, and Sployt) with regard to the deploral effect CCP Games' "Eve Online: Exodus" has had on my life.
Since 11th May 2003 I have been addicted to this game. My solicitors and I feel there should have been a warning on the Eve-Online: The Second Genesis box about the seriously addictive nature of this product and the lack of warning is the major reason for this lawsuit.
Despite many frustrations and disappointments with Eve Online, some unknown substance keeps me coming back for more. I've lost friends, lovers, weight, and my tan to this game and I am seeking full compensation through the courts.

Please specify weather the lady macbeth is a serious combat ship or weather those klint will simply warp in and take you away from the conferedaration space please.

As for its addictive nature yes im hooked but wont be taking legal action - more like voting for Eve to be made game of the year for 2005 for Multiplayer online games.
Im assuiming youre being sarcastic as well in the original post

I'll join in, not only too much time in-game, but it also promotes me spending many hours out of game for eve-related 'goodies' (movies and whatnot).
I would also like to say that EVE has been culturally one of the best experiences ever. I have never interacted with so many culturally diverse people before and it has definetly enhanced and broadened both my views and communication skills. I 'could' never leave the US and still visit many countries around the world.
Simply amazing.

actually, on the eve online box, it says Warning May be addcitive. look around on the box and you'll see it

Haha you kinda forgot the smileys, now everyone can't see it's a joke... Last night my wife gave me an ultimatum . . . . . no lovin' for a week or no EVE!!!!
After 10 secs or so of thinking about it, I said I would give the game up for a while . . . . apparantly I took to long to answer so I will be playing Eve a bit more for the next few days.
