The CEO of player corps with offices on the XXX constellation receive an e-mail of a "suggested relocation out of XXX constellation in view of escalating tension".
"Kill" agent runners start getting NPC kill/assasinate missions on the XXX system, and a few NPC "kill the transport" on Gallente space.
Players with (below 0? below -1?) caldary standing and/or (above 2? 4?) Gallente standings are warned to stay out of Caldari controlled systems on XXX constellation or be shot by Caldari sentry guns.
News that Gallente is considering abandoning (XYZ station? the whole ZZ system?) in view of the (4 million?) extra troops the caldari have stationed there.
The Caldari Navy is recruiting on the forums, looking for (Caldari only pilots?) with (Frig V? BS II?)
Week #5: *****...
Local channel (Caldary Navy Channel?) in YYY screams "cargo in need of escort, please anwswer urgently!". Fighter players assemble on the flight and proceed to ZZZ... where they find a Gallente player strike fleet very interested in recycling the said transport.
Next day everybody and their mother are yelling in the forums about how unfair it was not being called to the fight that is by now the stuff of legends.
Players with Gallente standing above (1? 2?) are declared free kills (ie as if -5 sec status) on caldari controlled systems on XXX constellation.
Caldary Navy contacts player Merc corporations for contracts on the region, offering (isk? standing? BPO?) in exchange for (killing gallente? patrolling? escorting? hauling?)
Week #6: Boom!!
Formal War declaration between Caldari and Gallente on XXX constellation.
Concord pulls out of XXX constellation.
Sec status dropped to 0.0
All players a) gallente with caldari standing below (3? 5?) b) minmatar/amarr with gallente standing above (1?) c) Whatever the race with caldari standing below (0?) are shot by Caldari sentry guns, and denied docking on Caldari stations (On XXX constellation? Anywhere Caldari space?)
Miner corps in the forums are yelling like crazy: 3 or 4 1M Gurrista battleships are spawning on their Caldari controlled 0.4 belt (we TOLD you it wasnt safe, didnt we??) Couple days latter, similar episode... but his time it's 0.5 system. Concord compensates their losses with (crapload of money) for "inadequate protection".
Concord issues a warning for "miners to stay 0.7 and above in view of increased pirate activity on asteroid belts"
Week #7 and beyond: It's alive! IT'S ALIIIIIIIVEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-Systems changing hands due to player actions (ships killed/missions succeded) -News on important battle, critical missions... -How about tossing some medals here and there like, in, A WAR?? -Almost all mission running either kill/courier in/around XXX constellation, or belt patrolling on borderline 0,5 systems. Caldary Navy offers "Electrum Insurance" for ships lost on XXX constellation. -NPC Caldari market buying minerals and weapons like CRAZY!!! Tritanium goes up up up on the Caldari markets. -Player corps get contacted by NPC corps for specific contracts (huge amount of ore/mins, kill missions against PLAYERS, deep enemy space recon, etc) -Gurrista agent runners receiving hit-and-run ops on Caldari space (attacking a miners?)
