My one and only PvE loss (other than the 2 frigs your supposed to lose in the tuitorials) was to that mission. My catalyst got scrammed and webbed and went down fast. Managed to successfully kite the webbing rats in catalyst #2 and finished it lol.

Lost a Navy Domi in a most ingenious way.
It was cap unstable but would hold out to the incoming damage for at least 10 minutes. Wife called me away from the keyboard for a five minute little something.
Which turned out to be not five... but more like 30.
It was an interesting experience - I had no problem keeping a smiling face and enjoying a quiet moment with my wife while you know... my Navy Domi got blown to bits.

A Merlin to some drones because I hadn't figured out this whole resist and damage profile thing yet, and a Thorax to an unlucky 4/10 respawn wave.

When I was a highsec carebear dweller (hate to admit that one), I lost a faction/officer fitted CNR.
I got a level 5 mission in highsec before CCP nerfed that one. I warped into first room.
Took aggro, & was popped in less than 30 secs. Dumb me put on wrong shield hardners. (I did have a logi too).
About 2.5 bil popped, did I cry, hell yea, did I rage quit, hell no, did I give my stuff away, NOT.
Learn a lesson, laugh about it, did not make a stupid mistake like that again.
End of story |

Lost a Succubus not too long ago doing the second part of The Anomaly. Forgot about acid clouds doing progressively more damage, the second wave saw my pod warping out with a very befuddled look on my face. |

Tried armor tanking in my Harbinger with no armor skills so to speak (Look at my face, it's caldari. And I mostly fly Minmatar ships, but wanted to see those cool lazor beams I kept hearing about). Lvl 3 Drone mission, got popped pretty quickly.
Lost a Maelstrom when I wanted to try it with a DG Large shield booster. |

- early when I started: two drakes in 10min in a mission with a bugged warpin inside some structure.
- the usual raven when I didnt have the skills and thought battleships were invincible.
- later on a few hacs while I being drunk.
the drakes were the worst. back then 30mil was a lot of isk. |
