I saw a player advertising 1,3,6 and 12 months of gametime for isk. I was just wondering if CCP is against this or not and if anyone has ever done anything like this. The year of gametime he was offering for 400M isk, too bad i didnt catch his name.
I would love presonally to buy 1 year of gametime for 400M if i knew for sure i wasnt dealing with a scammer.
Its not that i cant handle the monthly charges, its just sounds so tempting and nice.
Anyone done this ?
I also must know if CCP is against this or not.

I've seen this in ultima online quite alot, I Dont know if its a scam in eve, I guess thats the risk you gotta take.
However teh whole basis of the idea is isk is worth money on ebay which controvenes the EULA!
however... its not so black and white, I dont actually think that buying game time from soemone for isk is illegal in its self but the other person is breaking the EULA if he then sells the isk that you give him on ebay.
its a really confusing subject really 
Realistically theres no way of stopping people from doing this as EA found out, you can make it as illegal as you want to sell game items or isk on ebay but tehres no way of really enforcing it, I mean just look at ebay lol its always full of eve items however I think the purpose of the EULA is to absolve CCP of any connected responsibility. Basically if someone gets ripped off on ebay it's their own problem and if they cry to CCP they get a ban thrown at them as well lol.

You are not allowed to trade ingame items (isk) for RL goods or services (Gametime cards).
He's essentially buying isks for rl money.
Doing so is against the EULA.

yeah...you can make 400m in a month or two in a BS...doubt he would sell a year for 400M...but maybe, and yeah your only allowed to use isk to buy in-game items and vice versa
