I agree ... need more imenities in 0.0 space.
And it really doesnt bother me war or no war i mine and produce and do everything i want to in empire space regardless of wars and such ... it also helps that i have a 1300 BM's of empire space to run with :)

oh dear, xetic really have their knickers in a twist. A lot of that is pure dummy out of the pram and not really thought throught but I'll comment on some of your ideas.
(i)more conquerable stations - fair enough, pos cant cover for them atm, so yeh, why not.
(ii) true territorial control? - i mean the most i see in xetic space is about 100-200 people if that docked and in space. You really think you control that space? The isolation you have grants you more favours than it did SE. I dont even think Xetic have done anythibg special to deserve what they have. You have just been lucky in not being targeted by enemies.
As for war costs, Ive spoken on that already in the other thread, and am very familar with xetics, "we hate war policy" Im sure your happy mining together, but you know the nature of the game.
As for your predictions, unrealiable, if anything the current changes will aid reversing the current emphasis on mission running (where I assume the most of xetic are since i never see 4000 of you in xetic space)
You've had it good for too long tbh. 0.0 is too safe, and now you whine about empire wars as well.

If your alliance has neither the strength, skill or determination to defend itself it has no right to claim 5 regions or anything close to that.
You can do what everyone else has had to do at some point, you can adpat and learn to deal with it or give up and die.

I cleaned up the thread, modded CYVOK's original post and unlocked it. I also talked to CYVOK today regarding the issues and the thread in addition to some other people involved in the incident last night. My apologies for the mess.
The war revision is still being looked into. I already increased the cost once and probably will modify it once again before the patch comes out.
Regarding buildup in 0.0 space, that's being worked un, but as an intermediate solution for people living around Conquerable stations, we will be increasing services in the current stations.
However, please continue this discussion in Nafri's thread I'm following that and have it bookmarked for future reference.

I posted in Nafri's thread already on the discussion there but just want to say well done in cleaning and unlocking this thread Oveur. Its good to see opinions allowed expression and positive discussion encouraged by the Eve developer team. Positive signs that CCP isn't hiding from the problems and wants to sort them out. Respect for this move.
