Our corp has lost 25% of it's members since we joined the XF, because our junior members are attacked in safe space by people who daren't enter Xetic and attack our senior members.
How are we supposed to join the 'Exodus' when we can't recruit new members?

Well if you feel that way there is no real need to post. Otherwise you can stop. I do understand you must be a forum warrior and feel the need to post. If you have options other than " FIGHT " which I assure you we will or "DISBAND the ALLIANCE" Which will not happen please post them as this is a post not about the current wars or previous wars for that matter. It is a Post about What allainces are actually good for which is currently very little. Now on the Opposite side of my Previous argument it could be said that every alliance is a target for small corp wars and justly so but without the ability to wage more than a Purely Physical type of war Alliances are kinda silly.
Yes the ability to light up the map with a POS that is dependant on Empire to run is Um well nice!
Owning Conquerable stations thats nice too, Be nice if they haed a bit more functionality so the Empire people would have a bit more to do in 0.0.
Claiming space? Looks nice on the alliances page has no real effect in game.
The ability to Overwhelm our enemies with Sheer numbers? Oh Right this works, TeH Blob either crashes the node, Someone SS or logs off, Or you Try to Fight a battlewhere the FPS is <5 and people are CTDing. thats a good option too

Agreed, either beef up the station or make it to where POS's are flexible enough and less dependant on empire supplies. They would also need to be much more configurable to allow people to access their capabilities without being able to harm them. No one wants to build a powerful and resource filled POS just to have a spy tear it apart. Their must be a balance, let's find it and implement it.

As MuthaTrucka said, wars should be able to be won economically by either crippling the enemy or out doing them.
Nearly every war in History has been lost or won on not only the force a side has but how strong their economy was, a good example being America joing WWII as Germany was unable to keep up with their rate of production, as well as the massive amount of manpower.
And towards the end of the war, Germany's economy was close to ruin and without their industrial sites (destroyed by the Allies) then they had no hope of wining.
If economic warfare applies to nearly every conflict in history, then why can't EVE's war system be the same?

the is BS since the dawn of exodus this game has gone down hill in pvp and player terms this game is know longer something worth playing when we have griefers running around declaring wars willy nilly.
ive been playing this game for over a year now and im sad to say im on the verge of leaving.
i do not come online after work and play eve to be harassed by immature players frankly its discusts me .
how many alliances have fallen ? how many more will fall ? untill these griefers are happy ?
i always thought this game was diverse and allowed thoise to decide there own path ? seems like PVP is the only way to go unless you wanna stay in mpire...
I as a ceo myself are seeing less and less members everyday due to the like of these griefers.

Listen to Hakera please. Don't just post signed spam. If you have something to say present it in a positive and constructive manner. Just posting "agreed" blah just makes it look like a union block vote by central orders rather than individual gamers having something useful to say on the subject. Please go and talk about things in Nafri's thread and propose solutions rather than simply trying to influence the situation by pure weight of numbers. People (and I guess devs qualify as people too ) are always more impressed by reasoned and imaginative arguments than by random mob noise.
Honestly, this is my opinion and I think it only harms your position to be seen as random spammers. I have absolutely nothing against the Xetic Federation and its players but you guys have to start actually debating properly rather than just complaining in one-word spams against the consequences of currently natural situations in game.
Come up with some ideas please!
And re constructive criticism and comment on the issue ... please read what I had to say here before you think I'm just knocking xetic for the sake of it.

If it was such a major problem, I'm sure the other alliances would have said something since all of them have wars going. Even the FSA guys who are 1/10 the size of XETIC with almost 0 PvP experience, put up a fight defended their alliance mates in empire and then went about their business after the wars wer over.
XETIC have had it too good for too long and now they want to change the game to suit their needs, while pretending that they are doing the community some service.
Given that we're one of the largest slliances in the game, and despite all the promises, we still have nothing to gain or show by being it, does that not indicate problems with the general game? What benefits do we get by holding any 0.0 sector space, besides bragging rights, when everything we need to be able to live requires empire space stuff? Its all reasonable questions that need to be asked. Eventually other alliances will reach the same stage as this one, surely? If not, what the heck are we missing from the game that the other alliances have found?
Given we're not the only alliance to post "agreed" in this message, thus your reply and comments about "us speaking for ourselves" is pretty much null and void. Its NOT just Xetic complaining about these issues. If it was I would maybe have put some value in your criticism of the post / thread, but essentially all you've done is take it as another opportunity to snipe at Xetic without making any remotely constructive points.

im new to eve, i like it, but seeing the view of older players is interesting,
being born to a world were BS blow up rookie ships molds u into a pvp'r,
i almost never even considerd industry, i have spent my 1.5 months training assult frig to reap revenge
the problem is how is the problem fixed?
an eve welcome message pleading for peep's to be nice to each other,
i see only marginal reward for industry, although if titans come out then only industry alliances may aford them, but after a while all will fail
