Well........, if you would apply logic then you would come to the conclusion that he is probably running more than 1 character and has that special multi-research project skill with more than 1 character...........

I keep doing mission for my 5 rd agents every day, and would love to stop it, because they are so bloody boring :)

Q. do u guys get a email from them everyday? I dont, I have to fly to the agent everytime & when im there in the station & actually speak to him, he then sends me the email! You would have thought those science bods could remember to keep their admin up. grumble grumble grumble....

However I have 40k+ on one agent maybe it will pay off one day but I don't expect anything from this. I prefer training my gallente industrial skill to 5 first^^.

So yes, it is worth to keep playing the Tech II lottery. All you have to do is to start a research project and then forget the agent and his project. I¦m not disappointed if I don¦t get a Tech II BPO from the research but are very happy if a research project is successful (I think this was my 6th Tech II BPO so I¦m very happy). And there are still BPO¦s given out by R&D agents and new ships will be introduced this way. But it¦s a waste of time to do the daily research missions as I did in the beginning.

Yeah like that would happen...considering CCP would loose money... But, it would open the lottery to more people vice those who have three accounts with 18 Research Agents..
