That invite people to channels fix really pisses me off. Yet again CCP take something that's good, totally ruin it, then bring a fix for only part of it 4 months later, why can't you just put it back the way it was ? FFS

you will find out that we jam all damage dealers (mostly these group of enemy sniper BS)to be able to attack outnumbered. With patch EW i wouldnt try this

The geddon is the problem not pulses.
The Retribution is getting a huge nerf, is it overpowered? ROFL it's a sack of **** as it is using Medium Pulses and uh now where is going to be? No matter what, it's going to be doing less damage. The Vengeance? No comment on this **** ship that does less damage then a tech 1 Incursus, roflmao. The Maller, overpowered? Punisher? Crusader, check killboards you'll see the Taranis & Crow having the most kills, it's clearly not an overpowered ship. Malediction?? Guh, the list goes on, as does the ignorance

theres like 3 things that could be implimented in a dt patch imo that would make eve far better.
A. WCS. back to midslots NOW.
B. no more dmg mod stacking. 1 mod pership lets get ganking out of game.
C. dump the agression timer.

A. Forget midslots, it is a shortsighted solution, got HIGH slot with them - coward power or killing power, cant have both.
B. YES ! - fix the dam, 8dam mod on a ship syndrome.

Congrats, you've served to push a lot of people out of 0.0.
You've whined your war into a 0.0 where if you're not a elite PvP pilot, or have the explicit protection of such, you need not compete. 0.0 populations will drop AGAIN.
This ain't the way to win subs, CCP. The OLD system, with irregular 5-10 minute updates was FINE. 30 minutes is enough to cover 15+ systems. Ridiculous.
Talking about whining, I also see that you want to pay 30 million for an interceptor. Some of us don't really want to do that. What, you think the PoS operators couldn't see a good thing? Lemmie introduce you to the word "cartel".
The medium and small towers are USEFUL for people who ain't catasses like you. And they'll be needed for processing the new agent "rewards" into useful stuff.

The new EW changes are gonna be annoying. You might get jammed, if you roll your d20 really crappy. Then again, you might not.

Why are people so against a random element? Personally, I think it will make things more interesting. It's not like your guaranteed that your guns will hit everytime if your in range...
(and yes, I know, missiles, being addressed to my knowledge)

Contrary to popular belief most people who play MMORPGs have a life outside of the game, and would not be happy if that would exclude them from ever really achieving anything.

you cant break any NPC BS tank in the game with FoF cruise missles.. they do comparible damage per second to heavy launchers. Hell, you can't break the tank of most NPC BSs with normal cruise missles, except for the lowend battleships of course.
wish you guys would actually try to fly the ships before you comment on them. FoFs are only good when you're scrambled/webbed against cruisers or frigates...
if you die to FoF missles in a battleship then you need to rethink your setup..

Kind of tired of explaining but it's pretty simple. Those amarr ships i mentioned, any of them overpowered? No freaking way.
Listen, i know you like your claw and i'm sure you're good in it. That has nothing to do with how the Taranis and Crow are statistically the most used interceptors out there.
They are the most used interceptors, not the crusader, not the malediction, not the claw. You can't ignore statistics and i shouldn't have to explain why.

I thought with the way the skills worked now if you had lvl5 FOF skill your FOF missiles do the same damage as the non-FOF missiles of the same type.

I still wonder if ccp will get a clue at some point and actually get more work done on:
- Ship and module balance
- working system to introduce new technology
- fix agent missions
- shove the new ew system up their asses and simply add skill reqs to the old one
- fix missiles
- fix pos
And how about they'd do that before they:
a) introduce yet more broken stuff (MUHAHAHA logistic cruiser)
b) fix (read ****up) things that work
anyway, there's many reasons why i play wow these days, and it's not really that wow is a super game :/ |
