maybe you need to compare armor repairers with shield boosters. Then you'd know that shield boosters need more cap to generate same amount of hp as armor reps.
Armor tanking is superior in all ways, anyone who argues that needs to learn the game first.

con's a) You have a smaller buffer for failure with the armor repairers b) The armor is repaired after the cycle completes c) The cycle takes longer so there is alittle guess how much damage you'll receive in the next 10 seconds d) No Armor shield amp
pro's a) Generate more hp/sec b) default armor resistance are higher then shields c) allows the use of cap power relays d) have a easter egg graphics effect (that not many notice and will be cut in the next patch)

No seriosly do they have ANY efect at all? I tried in any way to look after it. but nothing... _________________________________

lets try to keep on topic please. i agree that older tech2 bpo's should be released on the market, i can under the "new" bpo's coming to be exclusive for a period of time. but i dont see how it is fair to let a few corps monopolise the market forever. there needs to be a change soon. -----------------

I agree with Rollin there its abit nuts that we havent seen more of the original t2 bpos come out. as for the cap recharger bpo how can they not be making profit? There arent to many of the bpos that are used by ALL races that are actually used on a daily basis.

Cap Recharger II BPO = ~400m in profit.

To the orginal poster.
I would expect the price in all HAC's to go up, because of the likely increse in tech two components. Also, the deimos may suffer the biggest rise in cost as a result of the small increese to hybrid weapons.
Though at the same time, the market is limited by the small number of people who fly these ships. So you may not see such a drastic rise in price as would be expected, simply due to the low demand.
