I invite you to the Osnins constellation, particularly the Halle system, to stir up some trouble. Seriously, it's like a ghost town out here. I'm ratting a 'roid field right now and there are three barges sitting here doing nothing, there is a noob Heron sitting here... doing nothing. They've been doing nothing for near on five minutes now, and this is COMMON to find in these systems.
So I am inviting you to come and stir trouble at your own convenience. Have fun!!

I haven't got much, but I have got three faction frigates. A Cruor, a Daredevil, and a Fed Navy Comet, that I will award the person who gets the most suicide kills in the Halle system this week. Killing me, if you want, and if you can, is perfectly acceptable and will count towards your kills, however I would prefer if people focus on the AFKers.

Currently the New Order is focusing most of its attention on the Abudban system adjacent to Rens in Minmatar space - it's a hive of bots, AFK miners and foul attitudes.
However, there's nothing stopping you bumping them a little yourself - it hardly takes a minute - and you never know; a bumper might just happen to take a trip through that system some day.

Anyway, anyone that is interested in one of the three faction frigs I have FOR FREE, be sure to post links to your Halle KMs here so I can tally them up. They have to be from anywhere between today's date and this time next week. Anything made before or after doesn't count. I will call downtime next Thursday as the cut-off for this "stimulus package". It's early and I haven't had coffee yet, but I think by calling it griefing, you say that they have feelings. Since a bot would not have feelings, then to be griefed requires a real player. |

Hey OP, I have an idea. Why do you you stock up the system with a ton of catalysts and fittings and hand them out for free to anyone who wants to gank miners. That would be a decent incentive. |

That's the point though - the "people" who are here aren't really here anyway, are they, if they're mining with bots or afk. There are 12 people logged in Halle this very second, but it goes as high as the 30s from time to time and there are about 3 or 4 people in the system that might actually not be afk.
Just to reiterate, though, I'm not complaining - I'm inviting other players here to help shake up the status quo as it is, stir the pot. This system is way too comfortable - it's systems like this that breed the kind of players that fail to realise that undocking can be as suicidal as attacking concord. It's not to scare people away - it's to give the system NEW LIFE! All of the Everyshore region is so dank and boring - I'm stuck here because it's where my corp wants me for the time being, until I'm trained enough to join them in WH. We do missions together here and there, though.

That's often not how it works. Take Tolle, for example. Before the New Order moved there on 21st October, it literally was a ghost town - even though there were a good 50 miners in the ice belt at any one time.
A week later, and the Order had taken hold of Tolle and shaken it from its lethargy. There were less miners, certainly (maybe 20 - 30 at peak times) but they were all at the keyboard. They were all alert and talkative, even the non-Code compliant miners. The New Order's presence had turned them from mindless drones into something at least approaching a capsuleer.
